There is also a separate toilet next to the summer kitchen.
*The GROUND floor (pool level) is dedicated to social gatherings and entertainment, featuring a spacious living room perfect for hosting guests, a gourmet and fully equipped kitchen ideal for preparing culinary delights, with a kitchen island and a dining table, and two elegantly designed bedrooms that offer a tranquil retreat after a long day. Bedroom NO1 (14sqm) with a king size bed 180cm x 200cm, a TV, air conditioning, and views of the pool. Bedroom NO2 (14sqm) with a king size bed 180cm x 200cm, a TV, air conditioning, views of the sea. Bedroom NO3 (11sqm) with a king size bed 180cm x 200cm, a TV, air conditioning, and views of the neighborhood.
