*The first floor welcomes you with a large, elegantly designed living area with modern furnishings and large windows framing the captivating views of the sparkling sea. The living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen are all connected seamlessly by an open-plan layout that makes it the ideal place to host guests and spend time with loved ones. In front of the living/dining area is a terrace with a lounge area, and there is also a reading nook at the gallery, just above the living area. The first floor has Bedroom NO1, which has a 180 by 200 king-size bed, TV, air conditioning, and a private bathroom with a shower.
*Two en suite bedrooms and an additional living area are available on the ground floor. With cozy 180x200 king-size beds, chic décor, Air Conditioning, a TV, and private bathrooms with a shower, both exquisitely furnished bedrooms provide a calm haven for rest and relaxation. These two bedrooms have direct access to the pool, so wake up to views of it. In Between is another living area with a sofa and a TV with a PlayStation5, next to it is a separate toilet.
*The outdoors (ground floor level) There is a 7 x 3 meter heated private pool outside with an electrolysis system, as well as a sun deck area with 6 deck chairs where you can relax in the sun, cool off in the pool, or eat outside while watching the sunset. With its private pool and stunning views of the sea, this three-bedroom villa will surpass your every expectation, whether you're looking for an opulent retreat or a tranquil escape.
*A gym with air conditioning, a TV, an exercise bike, a rowing machine, and a stepper is available on the lower ground floor. There is a laundry room with a washer, dryer, and ironing supplies right next to it.
