Villa Nautique is a fully air-conditioned 3-bedroom property with an outdoor 32 sqm heated private pool with a no-Chlorine system, a Hot Tub, and two sun deck areas, fenced, and offers a very comfortable stay for 8 people, fully equipped with all you need, a free WiFi, Sonos speakers in every room, underfloor heating a PS4, smoke detectors, and amazing panoramic sea and island views.
The right place to enjoy comfort, several outdoor sitting areas, a Hot Tub, an infinity pool, a spectacular panoramic view of the sea and islands on the south, and the northern side view of the tops of the mountains with trails for hiking. Villa Nautique is located in Jesenice – KRUG, Staro Selo 1a, 17 km from the famous town Split offers great history, only 10 min drive from the small town Omiš that offers a lot of activities, beaches, and restaurants, and 5 min from the largest river in Croatia where you can experience an interesting adventure rafting, canoeing, zip-line, 5 minutes driving from the most beautiful sand and pebble beaches. Only 2km from local restaurant Bajso, 4 km far from supermarket, 4 km from coast road and sea. Located at the top of KRUG street overviewing the village and the coast, surrounded by typical Mediterranean vegetation offering a quiet and peaceful stay for you and your family.
*The outdoor offers a private and heated, infinity 32 sqm pool (8m x 4m) with a no-Chlorine system, a Hot Tub, two sun deck areas, 8 deck chairs, a cozy outdoor sofa, 1 sun umbrella, an outdoor shower, two lounge corners, a covered/opened outdoor dining area for 8 pax with a direct approach to the kitchen, and a gas barbecue. There is outdoor table tennis on artificial grass below the pool area, a portable basketball hoop, and a secured parking lot for 2 cars.
*The ground floor offers a fully air-conditioned and stylish living and dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with all a modern guest needs for a very comfortable stay (Microwave, Nespresso coffee maker...), a dining table for 8 with a direct exit toward the pool and outdoor dining. Living area with a comfortable sofa and exit toward the pool and the barbecue area, a smart TV, PS4 for your youngest, free WiFi, Sonos speakers, and a lot of family/group games. There is also a separate family bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine.
*The first floor offers bedroom No. 1 with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a TV, Air-conditioning, sea views and an office/make-up table, and a balcony. A Bedroom No2 with queen size bed 160cm x 200cm, air-conditioning, a TV, and open sea and island views. Bedroom No3 with a king-size bed 180cm x 200cm, and a few steps up takes you to an additional bed in the attic with 160cm x 200cm (fenced), an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a toilet, a TV, air-conditioning, a balcony with amazing sea views.

Villa Nautique is located in the hills of Krilo Jesenice with amazing sea views, in an old part of the village, 4 km up the road from the coast. The nearest town Omiš is only 11 kilometers away and it represents an amazing combination of mountains, the Cetina river, the Adriatic sea, sandy beach, glorious history, and friendly people. We recommend visiting medieval fortresses Mirabela and Fortica which offer a unique view of Omis. If you prefer adrenalin sports there is a range of options: free climbing, rafting, zip line, kite windsurfing, and many others. On the other hand, you can take a bit of rest and enjoy local specialties in one of the taverns, or you can visit Radmanove mlinice in Cetina canyon and have a meal in a relaxing atmosphere listening to the sound of the river, or enjoy the great food in the old part of Omiš in one of the nice restaurants like Bastion, Milo or Pod Odrnom.
Besides amazing nature and a range of activities offered, Omis is famous because of its history. If you have a chance, visit the Pirate battle performance and Festival of Dalmatian Klapa (traditional a capella singing). Nearly the whole coast consists of pebbly beaches, while the part from Dugi Rat to Omiš is covered with sandy ones. Famous town Split is only (19km) 20min drive away and offers great historical attractions.
