The biologically built wooden house for non-smokers with approx. 115 m² is also equipped with healthy solid wood on the inside and thus offers an excellent feel-good ambience. With a cosy living and dining room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen, an earth cellar for healthy food storage, two balconies and a terrace, this holiday home is ideally suited for families or friends who want to spend a relaxing and varied holiday together. There is a terrace with a seating set and garden furniture where you can relax and unwind. You can also use the garden barbecue and the children have plenty of room to run around. In winter there is plenty of space to build snow castles and snowmen. A highlight is also the quaint wooden fountain, which is located in the garden. The holiday home with its own entrance extends from the ground floor to the second floor. There is a flat-screen TV in the living room for your entertainment.

The Höllwart holiday home is beautifully situated in the middle of Salzburgerland at 830 m above sea level, between the towns of Pfarrwerfen and Werfenweng, approx. 30 minutes by car from the Mozart city of Salzburg
Beautiful hikes can be undertaken directly from the house and cross-country skiing and mountain biking is also possible directly from the house

Pfarrwerfen is located between the municipalities of Werfen and Werfenweng and, thanks to its central location in the middle of Salzburger Land, offers a perfect starting point for many excursion destinations and sights as well as for the numerous sports and leisure opportunities in the area
In the village itself there are beautiful hiking opportunities, cycling on the Salzach (Tauern Cycle Path), mountain biking, tennis and archery and the open-air museum "Seven Mills" can be visited.
