Holiday in every season in the new, cosy and very well equipped holiday apartment on the ground floor of Haus Lienbacher in Werfen. The apartment is suitable for two to four people and offers everything for a relaxing and varied holiday
The ground floor apartment has its own entrance and is divided into an anteroom with wardrobe, a spacious and modern living and dining room with kitchenette. The two bedrooms (one double and one twin room, whereby the twin room can also be converted into a double room) were made from the farm's own wood by a carpenter. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and washbasin. In the living room there is a high-quality couch. Please note that smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but there is a covered terrace
For cooking, there is a stove with ceramic hob and an oven, as well as a coffee machine, a kettle and all eating and cooking utensils, as well as a dishwasher. Our excellent drinking water, which comes from our own spring, is particularly popular and can be drunk from the tap
From the living room you can access the large terrace, which is equipped with a seating set and offers a fabulously beautiful view
Two supermarkets, an excellent butcher's shop and a baker are within a radius of 2 km. Bread roll service on request.
Nearby is the farm "Rettenbachgut" with many friendly animals. At the Rettenbachgut "Urlaub am Bauernhof" is offered and guest rooms with breakfast as well as another holiday apartment can be booked. Our guests appreciate the quiet, beautiful and sunny location and the wonderful view of the mountains and the adventure castle Hohenwerfen
For children there is a playground, go-karts, children's tractors, a swing, a play hut and a trampoline.

The holiday home Lienbacher was recently completed and we are already looking forward to our first guests We - Susanna, Wolfgang and Johannes Lienbacher - are landlords with passion. In our farm "Rettenbachgut", which is located nearby, we have been renting out guest rooms for many years. We have had guests from all over the world, some of whom come back again and again because they love the atmosphere here.
