It is one of the most visited and beautiful castles in Europe. The panoramic view over the Swabian Alb is absolutely breathtaking. Schloss Lichtenstein is also called the "fairy-tale castle of Württemberg" and is perched at an elevation of 817 meters above the town of Honau.
