We were welcomed by a very beautifully located house in absolute tranquility and close to nature with a park-like property. If you want to enjoy the beauty of the island of Rügen a little off the beaten track, this is the right place. In addition, the house offers all the comfort and is excellently equipped. You can choose between extensive hikes, bike tours or excursions on the island or simply enjoy the beautiful garden for relaxation. If you want to listen to a nightingale once or experience rabbits and deer life, you are right in the middle of it all and that is just special. It is also very nice that dogs are welcome, our Bonnie also liked it very much. And above all, we would like to mention the very warm contact with the host family. We simply felt very comfortable. Place of silence and relaxation

Very nice feel-good holiday destination in a very quiet natural setting.

With all the comforts you can think of.
No WiFi in the house makes it possible to really switch off for once;-).

A car is necessary to reach all the sights and other beautiful places on this special island.

If you like it quiet and idyllic, this is the place for you. For us, this was the ideal place for a holiday with a dog. All noteworthy sights are within an average radius of 30 km.
We can only recommend the house "Rosenrot". Modern equipment, very clean and well maintained and very nice landlords.

Beautiful thatched house in absolutely quiet location

This truly fantastic house is suitable for anyone looking for peace and quiet, plenty of space for outdoor activities and travelling with their four-legged best friend. The recommendations do not promise too much: this house and the landlords deserve at least 5 stars! We felt very well looked after at all times and the contact was very cordial. The house is located at the end of a street with a few holiday homes, all of which - like Haus Rosenrot itself - have a large plot of land. Behind it, the fields and meadows begin, wonderful for long walks. Even though it is a bit away from the usual tourist strongholds (which, by the way, absolutely speaks in favour of this accommodation), you can reach many excursion destinations in a good half hour. The construction favours a great indoor climate, which is quite noticeable. We were there in January and only had two heaters on - yet everything was cosy and warm. Overall, the house is tip-top maintained and very clean, the furnishings are of high quality. The kitchen is well equipped and the upper large bedroom even includes a very comfortable box spring bed. We will definitely come back and thank the Dawid family again for making this wonderful holiday possible.

Absolute tranquillity

Haus Rosenrot is idyllically situated somewhere in the middle of nowhere... far away from stress and hustle and bustle, with large paddocks right behind the house. Nevertheless, everything on the island of Rügen can be easily reached by car.
It was absolutely clean and well maintained, the heating in the hallway actually warms up the whole house quite quickly, which makes the heating costs manageable and we didn't miss anything in the kitchen (or anywhere else). The beds were comfortable, but it's very bright, nothing stands in the way of a conversation from upstairs to downstairs, or the other way around ;-).
Worth mentioning, and not insignificant, is that there is actually no internet. WhatsApp sometimes took hours, phone calls were possible with luck. This is not really a bad thing on holiday, but if you have saved excursion destinations etc. with links in your mobile phone, as we did, it becomes difficult to find out departure times and prices (Roland train / ferries etc.). There are many flyers in the house, but some of them are not up to date... Tip: Netto in Samtens has free WiFi for 1 hour, so you can plan your shopping and look up information :-)
All in all, we had a lovely week and can recommend the house with a clear conscience.

Family vacation with dog

We had a wonderful time at FH, away from stress and everyday life. It was simply delightful to sit on the terrace, enjoy the peace, and listen to the birds. For those seeking peace and nature, it is exactly the right place. Even our somewhat loud four-legged friend felt really comfortable there. Despite the seclusion, it is not far to the beach and the mainland. Can only recommend it. Will definitely come back. Rügen is and remains simply a wonderful area.

And once again, we were at "Rosenrot". The frequency of our visits speaks for itself. If you want to meet uncomplicated and above all nice landlords, this is the right place. The domicile offers everything the discerning holidaymaker needs. Especially for us city dwellers, the tranquility is worth its weight in gold. One could say that during breakfast on the sunny terrace, the flapping of passing butterflies was the "loudest" noise. For us, it was perfect as always. See you again. Great house in a wonderfully quiet location with excellent landlords

We were allowed to be guests at Haus Rosenrot for a week and are still thrilled. We were looking for and found exactly this quiet location. Together with our parents and our Yorkie Maxi, we spent wonderful days. Everything really fits. The house is very lovingly furnished and every detail is carefully thought out in the equipment - not like in other accommodations where every fork and plate are counted. The facility is modern and high quality, and the outdoor area is spacious. It is truly a wonderful place to live. Moreover, the friendly landlords are very attentive to their guests. Our conclusion: Absolutely recommendable, and we will come back - perhaps even sooner than we thought - we would be delighted! THANK YOU to the Dawid and Tilda family :-)

Super ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

A holiday home in an absolutely quiet area at the end of a private road. The garden surrounding the house is equipped with loungers and a table with chairs and a sun umbrella, for relaxing and dreaming. The absolute paradise. Perfect for dogs. The Rose Red house is furnished with a lot of love. The new kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. 2 flat-screen TVs are also available. It was a holiday of top class for us. When noise-stressed city dwellers seek peace and find it here once again.

Dear Family Dawid, after staying at "Zauberblau" house, we now move on to our stay at "Rosenrot" house. We cannot say which one we like better, because both properties - from their location to their amenities - are equally top-notch. Once again, we have found what we were looking for: idyllic peace, tucked away from any hustle and bustle, with expansive grounds and all the comforts of home. We enjoyed the sunshine on the terrace under the parasol, the rustling of the leaves, bird chirping, and our trips to the beaches of Rügen, by car or by bike.
For all future renters (all former guests should know this): You will have contact with very nice landlords/hosts with the Dawid family.
Dear Dawid family, it is rightfully doubtful whether this was our last stay with you. We'd love to come back, unless other guests (especially those on repeat mode) snag the booking opportunity away from us :-)

Holiday in a beautiful location

A house in a beautiful location, so the vacation can be rated as good, our dog really enjoyed it. The landlords are very nice, however, the house is already showing its age. The windows close partially very poorly, cleanliness could be emphasized more, a dead mouse in the house certainly doesn't smell like violets. The kitchen is new and exceptionally well-equipped, so cooking was enjoyable. All in all a nice vacation with minor flaws.

Pure peace and nature - Great dog holiday

For us, it was the ideal accommodation. If you are looking for peace and seclusion, this is the right place. Especially suitable for a holiday with a dog. No carpeted floors, outdoor shower and garden with direct access to field and corridor without car traffic - perfect for dogs.
The house is lovingly furnished and offers enough space
Also the kitchen equipment left nothing to be desired.
Because of the remoteness a car is absolutely necessary.
Within half an hour you can reach all the hot spots on the island, so everything is within easy reach.

Pure idyll to unwind

Dreamy idyllic location for humans and dogs! Super quiet, surrounded by greenery, and dogs can finally romp freely. The house has everything you need (for a 2-week booking, a washing machine would be great), is super cozy, and the garden is perfect for breakfast and barbecuing. The outdoor shower provides cooling in hot temperatures. Having your own car is recommended as supermarkets and such are a bit far away. The landlord couple is super friendly, and dog Tilda is adorable! For us, it was pure deceleration! We will come back!!!

The location of the holiday home is fantastic, pure nature. By car, you can quickly reach all important shopping opportunities/sights on the island. The house offers enough space for up to 6 people. Everything you need is available (except a washing machine). For those arriving with a small child, it might be interesting to know that the water there is very hard. This is not a major issue, so this is purely informative and should not be seen as a negative point.

Very nice and quiet location. Highly recommended for anyone who needs a quiet place. We were there with our dogs on New Year's Eve to avoid the fireworks. Both dogs didn't notice anything. Therefore, an absolute insider tip for all with fearful dogs. But the house is also highly recommended otherwise.

Island of Relaxation

The Rosenrot house has been equipped and furnished with love down to the smallest detail. The surrounding area invites people and dogs to slow down. The owners, the Dawid family and, of course, Tilda, are very nice. One could write a whole novel about the Rosenrot house, better to see it for oneself.
