Description
Only 5 minutes on foot from Paradise beach lies our new built, Gescmackvolles, family friendly house "Mare E Sabbia".
In the house we have 3 beautiful and comfortable apartments, one with one and two with two double rooms, all with very nice sea view.
All you need for a leisurely holiday's nache house (Lebensmittelgescheft, bakery, restaurants ...).
From us, you have a few minutes walk to the city center, but our neighborhood is really quiet.
All apartments have air conditioning in every room, every sleeping room has a lot Baden rooms, completely aligned kitchen, living room, satellite TV, free wi-fi, sea view balcony and parking.
The price includes the Aufenthaltsgebuhr, registration, air conditioning, a car park, the bed linen, Handtuher the dishes and.
As hosts we will endeavor that you spend us your vacation comfortable and carefree.

Everything's great!
We stayed in the vacation apartment on the 1st floor for a week and were completely satisfied. The furnishings are modern, and we felt at home right away. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The landlady Iva is very nice and also surprised us with pancakes and strudel.
Thank you very much for the great time!

Dream vacation
We, a family with one child, stayed in the upper room at the end of July. The apartment is really well furnished and we didn't miss anything. The host Iva is very very nice and helped us a lot when we wanted something. The apartment is very clean. The path to the beach, no matter which one, is only a few minutes' walk away. We had a wagon, which made it even easier. Parking is available at the house.
We will definitely come back.

again and again with pleasure
we spent a great week with Iva. We had the flat on the top floor with a great view. In the attic flat there is a large living room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, each with a bathroom with shower and a terrace with enough space for a table and 4 chairs. The sea view is priceless! Iva is a great landlady and host. You can easily talk to her in German. Already on arrival Iva had valuable tips for us, e.g. where to go for a good meal (Fortuna = top) or even a full fruit basket in the kitchen. Before we left, Iva surprised us with a plate of homemade pancakes. Hand on heart... where else can you find something like that?
We rated everywhere 5 stars except the location (only 4 stars) The way to the beach is definitely doable on foot, well it drags. We recommend a beach trolley or a folding lounger on wheels which can also be used as a means of transport
Beach: we liked the small beach (easier to reach from the flat) next to Paradise Beach better. The beach is really sandy and there is sand in the water (so you don't need to wear shoes) and what was surprising was that the deckchairs were actually all around. Where else can you find something like that? Maybe only before the high season but always there
We had a great week in Lopar. And the capital Rab is a must-see. Very much worth seeing! So to all those who are still thinking about it.... it is definitely worth it...Rab, Lopar and the flat with Iva :-)

Sea and Sand
The equipment is modern. The view is great. Nice landlady. The full score for the equipment can only not be given because in a 4-star house, small things like wine glasses, vegetable knives, dish towels should be provided. The coffee machine, which we thought was calcified, turned out to be new upon departure. However, we had time and thus waited 45 minutes for the coffee. But that was our mistake. If we had informed the landlady immediately, she would have surely provided a replacement right away. We really enjoyed our vacation with the Jakuc family and returned home completely relaxed. Thank you very much.
