A lovingly restored villa in the seaside style of the early 20th century, is situated in Zinnowitz on the island of Usedom in a prime location directly on the beach promenade and close to the pier with a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea. In good weather you can see the islands of Greifswalder Oie and Rügen. The very well-maintained house has a terrace on the spa promenade (seaside), a breakfast room, in-house parking, barrier-free access and a lift. Bicycle storage facilities are available at the house.

Flat 10 "Seeblick "is located on the 3rd floor and is very spacious with 80 sqm. All rooms have a lake view and are individually and comfortably furnished. The holiday flat has a cosy living room, two separate bedrooms, a modern fully equipped fitted kitchen with dishwasher, bathroom/WC and guest toilet. The furnishings are designed for two to six people (non-smoking flat, smoking islands are available at the house). The house terrace on the spa promenade (lakeside) is available to all guests and 1 men's and 1 women's bicycle are at your disposal free of charge.
Now also with internet: 1Euro/day, 20Euro deposit for stick and user declaration to be signed

In the case of a new booking after a cancellation or after an option has expired, room-4-u GmbH will charge a processing fee of €10. room-4-u will waive or reduce the cancellation fees, except for a flat rate of €30.00, if room-4-u succeeds in generating corresponding income by re-letting the cancelled period.
