Haus Seeblick" was built as a hotel guesthouse in the seaside style at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, is located directly on the Zinnowitz beach promenade and offers ideal conditions for a holiday on the Baltic Sea: it is only 25 m to the beach, the pier is within sight and the coastal cycle path of the island of Usedom runs directly in front of the house. Restaurants and shops as well as the spa administration are in the immediate vicinity. Information about sights on Usedom and the nearby mainland is available for you. Here you have ideal conditions for active recreation at any time of the year.
Your holiday flat (area approx. 80 m2, on the 3rd floor, accessible by lift) has a bedroom, a living/bedroom and a living room (each with the possibility of an extra bed), bathroom, guest toilet, closet and a modern equipped kitchen - a view of the spa promenade, beach and pier is included from all living areas. The holiday flat is tastefully and comfortably furnished (designed for up to 6 people). The "Haus Seeblick" also has a beautiful terrace facing the beach promenade, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine in peace and quiet. Leaflets with excursion possibilities, timetables and event information are available for you.

The "Seeblick" holiday flat is on the 3rd floor of the "Haus Seeblick", built as a hotel guesthouse in the seaside style at the turn of the century from the 19th to the 20th century. The property is located directly on the Zinnowitz beach promenade and offers ideal conditions for a holiday on the Baltic Sea: it is only 25 m to the beach, the pier is within sight and the coastal cycle path of the island of Usedom runs directly in front of the house. Restaurants and shops as well as the spa administration are in the immediate vicinity. Situated between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser, Zinnowitz is surrounded by beech, oak and coniferous forests. The white, gently sloping sandy beach invites you to relax, as does the Amber Spa with its 850 square metre seawater swimming area or a boat trip on the Baltic Sea or the Achterwasser. In addition to what is perhaps the most beautiful spa promenade in the Baltic region, Zinnowitz has a theatre, a cinema and numerous bars, restaurants and shops.
