Our attractive and well maintained house can accommodate up to 6 people plenty of room for a relaxing and stimulating holiday in the fresh sea air. The house is situated at the sea side of Julianadorp Beach Resort in Ooghduyne.
The heart of the house is the large light-filled living-dining room, which is followed by the open, well-equipped kitchen. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are available for you.
The house stands in a large garden, surrounded by hedges and shrubs. There you can on 2 terraces with view relax / windbreak.
On the property there are also 2 parking spaces.
The beach and the leisure facilities of the park (mini golf, playgrounds, ...) are within short distance.
Our house is ideal for a family holiday with adventure hungry children, multi-generational vacation, friendly couples, seniors and people with a passion for nature and culture.
Highchair, baby travel cot and stair network are present.

Location and surroundings of object
The Flower Fields of North Holland lie just outside the park. Biking and hiking trails invite you to explore the vast polders and dunes.
The only 900 meters away, has ample beach for all ages in all seasons its appeal. Swimming, building sandcastles, collecting shells or just watch for a walk on the beach the game of wind and waves and enjoy some of the many possibilities.
Especially recommended are trips to Den Helder (Naval Port, Fort Kijkduin), Schagen (historical parades), Texel (seal sanctuary), Alkmaar (cheese market, shopping), Amsterdam with big city flair and canals and to the IJsselmeer with the historic town of Hoorn, Enkhuizen and Medemblik , Easy to reach, just an hour north of Amsterdam, but has not yet affected by mass tourism, Julianadorp lies behind the impressive dunes very close to the kilometer-long broad sandy beach. In the manageable place has good shopping for daily needs and a wide range of restaurants.

Cancellation terms:
If a reservation is canceled due to reasons not attributable to the landlord, the tenant must pay 25% of the rental amount, but at least 150€, if the cancellation occurs more than 4 weeks before the start of the rental period. If cancellation occurs later, the entire rent must be paid unless it is possible to arrange a substitute rental. Should travel to North Holland be prohibited during the rental period due to the Corona pandemic, or should quarantine be required upon return, the tenant may cancel the rental agreement up until just before the start of the rental period. In this case, no cancellation fees will be incurred, and any payments already made will be refunded.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
I can only recommend the little house. It is clean and tidy. The kitchen is equipped with everything. The large garden invites you to peace and relaxation. The wide sandy beach and the dunes can be easily reached on foot in 20 minutes. If you don't want to bring your own bikes, you can also rent them cheaply on site.
We were in Julianadorp for the first time and will definitely come back.

Everything is great!!!!
We really liked the house! Everything was clean and sufficient. The kitchen had everything we needed! This was our 2nd time in Julianadorp, but we liked this house much more. We are a family with 4 children, and there was plenty of space for all of us! The area is very beautiful. We brought bikes and a trailer, and we could easily store them at night in the little cottage beside the house. The house also has a very large garden. Overall, a very nice house! A small note for families with small children: There is a quite steep staircase in the house. There is a safety gate at the top, but unfortunately not at the bottom. Placing suitcases or similar items in front of it did not help. Our 1-year-old son constantly wanted to climb up the stairs. (Actually, he had no business being upstairs because his crib was downstairs.) But if you don't have small children, then you don't have this problem! All in all, the house is great, and I can highly recommend it without any restrictions!

Holiday for all those seeking tranquility
We have spent several holidays in this beautiful, spacious, and light-flooded holiday home. Whether as a couple's holiday or as a family with a toddler - we can relax wonderfully here. The house offers enough retreat options, and the large garden provides enough distance to the neighboring houses, so you can also enjoy your privacy outside and be by yourself. Great is the direct footpath to the fine sandy beach, where we spent hours every day - thanks to the available wagons, we always went to the beach on foot even with a toddler. We only needed the car for shopping or trips inland. There are several modern playgrounds in the immediate vicinity of the house, and if the weather didn't cooperate, our son enjoyed the indoor playground about 200 m away or sometimes used the indoor pool there. Conclusion: We will gladly return!

Beautiful house in a quiet location; the beach is also reachable on foot in 15-20 minutes (depending on wind strength); super good kitchen equipment and the mattresses are very comfortable for people with back problems!!

Erholung pur
We had a wonderful time in this cozy holiday home and were able to truly relax. The spacious garden invited us to soak up the sun and play Viking chess.
We were able to take great bike rides and enjoy nature. The beach walks were simply unique.
By car, we drove over the dike to Friesland and visited nice villages.
Also recommended are the delicious pancakes at the Pannenkoekenhuis in Den Helder. We often think about this beautiful time and hope to be able to vacation at Villa Windrose again soon. As already described, the location is excellent, and you can easily reach many sights from there. For relaxation, you can retreat into the large house, read a book, have a cozy game night, watch a movie... almost like a second home - just far away from any obligations and everyday stress.
