Description

The 100-year-old villa was completely and historically renovated by us in 2004 and 2005, and two beautiful, spacious holiday apartments were individually furnished with loving details.

Both apartments have a total of three separate entrances and can be connected inside the house by an internal door.

Our villa is ideally suited for multi-generational holidays or larger groups.

The house is located in the quiet Kastanienallee in Timmendorfer Strand. It is a quiet residential area, about two kilometres to the centre of the village. The beach is only a few minutes' walk away (about 200 metres). The house is situated on a spacious, fenced plot with a cosy conservatory, garden and parking spaces are available.

The traditional Baltic seaside resort of Timmendorfer Strand is located in the Bay of Lübeck, directly on the Baltic Sea. 20km to the Hanseatic city of Lübeck, Travemünde is 7km away. In the immediate vicinity are 3 golf courses, the Niendorf fishing and sailing harbour, not far from the Baltic Sea thermal baths. The centre offers sophisticated holiday flair and elegant shopping facilities combined with original seaside holidays.
