The separate kitchen is equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cooker with oven, dishwasher, egg boiler and kettle. Self-catering is therefore possible without any problems.

The beach is only 200m away.
The town, where you will find numerous cafés, restaurants and shops, is only a 5-minute walk away.
The promenade is also only a 5-minute walk away.

At 3 PM still not cleaned, and also dirty.
Cleanliness was not given.
Stains on the cabinets, no cleaning cloth, 1 dish towel, 1 toilet roll, no salt.
Terrace unkempt and overgrown.
No light for the terrace available, or not found.
There wasn't even a note with the Wi-Fi password or other information about general things in the apartment.
When showering, the whole bathroom floods, as the shower cabin is not sealed and the drain lets the water flow away very slowly. Thus, we were allowed to wipe after each shower.
You can't access the driveway with the family car or take the hedges on the left and right.
Kettle milky.
No pillows available for the people for the sofa bed, had to repurpose sofa cushions.
If indicating for 8 people, then please also provide 8 pillows.

Disappointing weekend in the Elvis Presley apartment, landlord Raphael.
The vacation rental overall made an impression that it needs renovation, for example, the difficult to traverse paving to the entrance, low ceilings, worn-out bathroom. The apartment is very noisy, every movement in the apartment above was clearly noticeable and very disturbing.
The stay in the apartment and on the terrace was severely disrupted by landscaping work (lawnmower, leaf blower, grass trimmer) carried out by the landlord on Saturday afternoon for several hours.

Sauberkeit war nicht so gegeben.
Flecke an den Schränken, kein Putzlappen, 1 Geschirrhandtuch, 1 Klorolle, kein Salz.
Terrasse ungepflegt und verwildert.
Kein Licht für die Terrasse vorhanden, oder nicht gedunden.
Es gab ja nicht mal einen Zettel mit WLAN Passwort oder andere Infos zu allgemeinen Dingen in der Wohnung.
Beim duschen schwimmt das ganze Bad, da die Duschkabine nicvt dicht ist und der Abfluss sehr langsam das Wasser abfliessen lässt.
Somit durften wir noch wischen nach jedem duschen.
Auf die Auffahrt kommt man mit Familienauto auch nicht oder sie Hecken links und rechts mitzunehmen.
Wasserkocher milchig.
Keine Kissen für die Personen für die Schlafcouch vorhanden, mussten Sofakissen zweckentfremden.
Wenn für 8 Personen angeben, dann bitte auch 8 Kissen.
Massiv gestört wurde der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung und auf der Terrasse durch vom Vermieter beauftragte Arbeiten zur Grundstücksgestaltung (Rasenmäher, Laubbläser, Rasentrimmer) am Samstag Nachmittag für mehrere Stunden.
