Description
Luxury holiday home for up to 7 people. Spacious living room with a high quality comfortable leather sofa and dining area equipped with a 60Zoll Curvedfernseher with all international channels, including DVD collection, a stereo, a modern vollausgestatteteten kitchen (eg coffee fully automatic machine, large freezer), a gallery with exercise bike, a bathroom with shower and separate toilet on the ground floor, a second bathroom upstairs. One bedroom with box spring on the ground floor with TV and safe, as well as two bedrooms upstairs each equipped with a modern flat-screen TV. For the colder seasons you can EF International of the fireplace for cozy evenings. The villa has a living area of 120sqm and a fully enclosed garden with surrounding terrace with porch and a separate terrace with fixed barbecue. A dining area with 6 chairs and 3 garden chairs with comfortable cushions. For the beach visits you with a handcart and 3 rolling beach chairs available. Of course we also have Wi-Fi. From February 2016 you have a new bathroom with infrared sauna. Whether a couple or sixth, enjoy our beautiful home.

Villa Strandkorb is located in the exclusive golf and beach resort Ooghduyne. The well maintained park is surrounded by small lakes and canals. The park offers you a generous leisure offer:

The wonderful beach has been awarded several times with the environmental award and the beautiful dune landscape offers itself for beautiful cycling and hiking tours.
The beach is about one kilometer away and is easy to reach. The path leads along the beautiful flower fields. The beach restaurant PAAL 6 is open all year round.
A riding stable with 2 riding halls and guest boxes is about 500m away. You can also go beach horseback riding on rental horses. Julianadorp has the most sunshine hours in Holland. It is surrounded by flower fields that shine in all colors during the flowering season. There are several good restaurants in town, as well as a large shopping center, Aldi, Deen, Lidl, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, fish shop etc.

Large house with good amenities, about 2 km from the beach.
We were guests in this beautiful house with 4 adults and 2 children (4 and 6 years old). Smooth check-in.
The equipment is really good. There is enough dishes and cutlery. Furthermore, 4 televisions, coffee machine, toaster, gas stove, small oven, fully automatic coffee machine, hot air fryer, kettle, refrigerator, and freezer (one of these devices buzzes very loudly) are available. The kitchen is quite small; we have moved aside appliances that we didn't use daily to have a bit more counter space.
The house was clean and is lovingly furnished with a lot of decor, making it cozy. We noticed some cobwebs and a bit of dust on lamps and decor.
Washing machine and dryer in the storage room. There was also a cart that served us well during our visit to a zoo. On the ground floor, there is 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 small toilet, 1 bathroom, and the sauna (which we did not use).
From the living room, a rather steep staircase leads to the upper floor. There is a stair gate installed.
There are 3 bedrooms on the upper floor. One with a double bed, 1 room with 2 single beds, and a very small room (Velux window without a blind) with 1 single bed, small bathroom with shower and toilet. The beds are good. We only missed blackout curtains in the bedrooms, which are also not listed in the house description.
Both showers are unfortunately not well sealed, resulting in wet floors after showering.
The property is completely fenced, and there are 2 seating areas, a covered terrace, a sun umbrella, and a grill. Certainly due to the dryness, a cherry laurel has died, and some plants looked a bit sad. We brought 3 bicycles and rented 1 cargo bike (200 €/week) for the children. With that, we could reach the beach about 2 km away (quite far on foot) and experience more beautiful bike tours. The beach is huge!

Great holiday home in a good location
The holiday home is very well maintained and fully equipped - we enjoyed, for example, the coffee machine and the brand new air fryer. The villa offered enough space for us 5 people plus two dogs - the completely fenced garden was great for the furry ones! Due to the high-quality mattresses, we all slept excellently, and after long beach walks, we enjoyed warming up in the sauna. The beach chair villa is very cozy and lovingly furnished, and you simply feel comfortable there. The contact with the hostess, Mrs. Knickenberg, was very pleasant and uncomplicated; she is promptly reachable for any concerns - we found that great! The wide beaches and dune landscape in North Holland are a dream, and from Julianadorp, you can do quite a bit - for example, this year we went to Texel and, of course, to our favorite city, Alkmaar. From Den Helder, there is also a good train connection to Amsterdam with a travel time of only 75 minutes. We also liked the shopping options near the holiday home (shopping center de Riepel with Jumbo, Lidl, Albert Heijn, and other stores, as well as the delicious fish shop "De Boer" and the "Frietbar") as well as the small promenade in Callantsoog. We will come back to Julianadorp and of course to the Villa Strandkorb!

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus
We enjoyed a very well-kept and cozy holiday home. Good location. Close to the beaches. Well-equipped. Well-maintained grounds. We, especially the dog, will gladly come back.

Dream vacation in December with a dog by the sea
We went on vacation with our dog at the beach for the first time and it was perfect for us. The beach is easily accessible on foot and spacious enough for our dog to have a great time. As expected in December, it was cold and rainy. But the right clothing and a tasty cocomel kept our spirits up. The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are clean and well-maintained, as is the entire house. The living room is cozy and leaves nothing to be desired. Unfortunately, the fireplace wasn't really our thing, a real fire would have been more beautiful, especially in December. Since we are regular sauna-goers, the sauna was not for us. All in all, we would rent the house again at any time. Thanks for the nice hospitality.

Villa Strandkorb
We spent a very nice and relaxing week with 5 adults and one child in the superbly equipped holiday home. Very tastefully furnished and totally cozy and clean. The non-visible garden with many great seating options left nothing to be desired. Happy to come back.

The Villa beach chair is for us the best of everyday stress. Julianadorp is one of the most beautiful spots in North Holland. Gorgeous beach beautiful surroundings. Easy arrival and well-being. The special feature of our house is the quiet location, sheltered from the wind with a view of the dunes in a cozy atmosphere with a tasteful and generous amenities. Also the completely fenced garden is very friendly for guests with a dog. Lovely walks to the beach, especially in the spring, where you walk along the blooming tulip fields. A pleasure that you do not get every day. Julianadorp also offers very good restaurants for the culinary delights. Also to be highlighted is the beach restaurant 'PAAL 6', which is open all year. A great atmosphere, where you can relax with a view of the North Sea. Villa Strandkorb will live up to your high expectations. Pure relaxation for all who love the North Sea.

Die Ausstattung ist wirklich gut. Es gibt genügend Geschirr und Besteck. Weiterhin 4 Fernseher, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Gasherd, kleiner Backofen, Kaffeevollautomat, Heißluftfriteuse, Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank (eines dieser Geräte brummt sehr laut) vorhanden. Die Küche ist recht klein, wir haben Geräte, die wir nicht täglich benutzt haben, zur Seite geräumt um etwas mehr Arbeitsfläche zu haben.
Das Haus war sauber und ist liebevoll mit sehr viel Deko gemütlich eingerichtet. Einige Spinnweben und etwas Staub auf Lampen und Deko sind uns aufgefallen.
Waschmaschine und Trockner im Abstellraum. Dort gab es ebenfalls einenn Bollerwagen, der uns beim Besuch eines Tierparks gute Dienste geleistet hat.
Im EG befindet sich 1 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett, 1 kleine Toilette, 1 Bad und die Sauna (haben wir nicht genutzt).
Vom Wohnzimmer aus führt eine recht steile Treppe ins OG. Dort ist ein Treppengitter angebracht.
Es gibt 3 Schlafräume im OG. Eines mit Doppelbett, 1 Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten und ein sehr kleines Zimmer (Veluxfenster ohne Jalousie) mit 1 Einzelbett, kleines Bad mit Dusche und Toilette. Die Betten sind gut.
Wir haben lediglich eine Verdunkelung in den Schlafräumen vermisst, die jedoch in der Hausbeschreibung auch nicht aufgeführt ist.
Beide Duschen sind leider nicht gut abgedichtet, sodass es zu nassen Fußböden nach dem Duschen kam.
Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt und es gibt 2 Sitzgelegenheiten, überdachte Terrasse und Sonnenschirm und einen Grill. Sicherlich der Trockenheit geschuldet, ist ein Kirschlorbeer eingegangen und einige Pflanzen sahen etwas traurig aus.
Wir hatten 3 Fahrräder mitgebracht und für die Kinder 1 Lastenrad (200 €/Woche) geliehen. Damit konnten wir den ca. 2 km entfernten Strand (zu Fuß doch recht weit) erreichen und weitere schöne Radtouren erleben. Der Strand ist riesig!
Aufgrund der hochwertigem Matrazen haben wir alle hervorragend geschlafen und nach langen Strandspaziergängen haben wir es genossen, uns in der Sauna aufzuwärmen.
Die Villa Strandkorb ist sehr gemütlich und liebevoll eingerichtet und man fühlt sich dort einfach wohl. Der Kontakt zur Gastgeberin Frau Knickenberg war sehr angenehm und unkompliziert, bei Anliegen ist sie zeitnah erreichbar- das fanden wir toll!
Die weiten Strände und die Dünenlandschaft in Nordholland sind ein Traum und von Julianadorp aus kann man einiges unternehmen- wir waren heuer z.B. auf Texel und natürlich in unserer Lieblingsstadt Alkmaar. Von Den Helder aus gibt es auch eine gute Zugverbindung nach Amsterdam mit einer Fahrtzeit von nur 75 min.
Gut gefallen haben uns auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe des Ferienhauses (Winkelzentrum de Riepel mit Jumbo, Lidl, Albert Heijn und anderen Geschäften sowie dem leckeren Fischhandel "De Boer" und der "Frietbar" ) sowie die kleine Promenade in Callantsoog. Wir kommen wieder nach Julianadorp und natürlich in die Villa Strandkorb!
Gute Lage. Nähe zu den Stränden. Top ausgestattet. Gepflegte Anlage.

Alles ist geschmackvoll und ausreichend eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Im Haus selber findet man alles was man braucht. Sehr gepflegte Bettwäsche und Handtücher, genügend Geschirr und einen tollen Kaffeeautomat. Im nahegelegenen kleinen Einkaufszentrum findet man alles was man braucht. Der Strand ist einmalig lang und breit. Das Schwimmbad des Parks bietet ein gute Alternative bei schlechtem Wetter. Alles in allem ein super Urlaub im Ferienhaus
Angefangen mit der freundlichen Begrüßung mit einer Flasche Wein über die Ausstattung des Hauses. Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen mit allen Annehmlichkeiten . Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, der Wohnbereich sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet inklusive eines tollen Fernsehers ,nicht das Wichtigste im Urlaub aber trotzdem sehr angenehm ;-) alle Schlafzimmer mit sehr guten Betten . Ja und eins der Highlights natürlich die Infrarotsauna !!! Ein sehr schöner,für ein Ferienhaus, großer Garten komplett eingezäunt also kann man sich definitiv auf der Terrasse entspannen ohne Hund oder Kind immer im Auge zu haben . Ja wenn denn das Wetter mitspielt. ...leider hatten wir diemal etwas Pech und konnten weder den Strandkorb noch die Liegen oder den Grillplatz nutzen... um so angenehmer in diesem schönen Haus sein zu können. Wir alle (3 Frauen,Baby und 2 Hunde) haben unseren "Mädelsurlaub" dort sehr genossen und kommen gerne nochmals zurück um dann hoffentlich auch noch den Garten zu genießen :-)
