Gladly again!

We really enjoyed our vacation in your house. We were looking for peace, lots of reading, and as little activity as possible, which we could do very well with our dogs. Being close to the beach and being dog-friendly until the end of May was fantastic. The shopping and dining options in the immediate vicinity were also great. We took advantage of some of your recommendations. We would love to spend another vacation in this house or one of your other properties :)

We can only report positive things.

We really enjoyed our stay in their house. We felt comfortable and well taken care of, and had a pleasant peace. The weather was fantastic, giving us plenty of opportunities to enjoy our bike rides in the area. After the rides, we could use the beautiful garden. It was still a little too cold for the pool, but as they say, it toughens you up. The property management was very accommodating and friendly. We can only report positive experiences.

A all-around beautiful and relaxing vacation

We spent 3 very nice weeks in your holiday home. Everything was as shown and we felt very comfortable. Mostly, we stayed outside, your garden was so beautiful and we made extensive use of the pool (but we also had great weather).
Your house is very cozy and the beds were very comfortable. The equipment in your kitchen is remarkable. You have thought of everything, the available cooking utensils were great and there was more than enough dishes. It was fun to cook.

An all-round beautiful holiday

We spent this year's two-week summer holiday in Mrs H's finca. It was really very nice and we wanted for nothing. The garden was well-kept and fantastically laid out and the pool invited us to swim every day. Once a week the pool boys came and took care of the water quality and cleaning. The condition of the finca is as seen in the pictures. All appliances worked perfectly. The crockery/cutlery/cooking utensils were in abundance, so you could fill the dishwasher well and not have to wash up in between. All in all, it was a lovely holiday all round. We were also very happy with the value for money.

It was perfect!

We had a wonderful holiday in your great holiday home. The house is very well equipped, extremely clean and well maintained, and we lacked nothing! We felt so comfortable in the house that we would love to come back.

We felt very comfortable in your house DeniMar. It is very spacious and generously equipped. We lacked nothing. The large garden, beautiful pool, and overall very quiet location were also very nice. The close proximity to the beautiful beach (with fine sand) was very practical. It was also convenient not to have to drive far for good everyday shopping options (you could even do it on foot). If you want to shop extensively, the large shopping center in Ondara offers everything your heart desires . . . And of course, the countless entertainment options in Els Poblets, Denia, and other places in the area - in general, the many beautiful towns of the region and hiking opportunities with a dog. We would love to come back.

Great house, superb pool, and garden

We spent almost two wonderful weeks on holiday in Spain. We felt very comfortable in your house and the beautiful garden with a pool. Your house is really well equipped and there is plenty of space to store everything brought along - even in the bathroom! The house caretaker C. and her team also did a great job, the house was very clean. You could report any issues to her (e.g. flat tire) and help was provided immediately. Thank you for that. Your garden and pool are simply relaxing, with the pleasant weather for April. In short, we had a wonderful vacation and feel very rejuvenated. We really liked your house. We slept well and it was great that our Sprinter van fit in the yard. Everything we needed for a relaxing vacation was there. The storage room with the extra fridge is very convenient. Your house caretaker C. is a very nice and attentive woman. We felt well taken care of from the first contact. The house was very clean and all communication, for example, The issue was immediately forwarded to the gardeners, and they took care of it right away. 2 wonderful weeks of vacation in Bali.

Our vacation at Casa DeniMar was really lovely and very relaxing.
We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful, large house, which was well-equipped, and the amazing garden and pool.
Our son, the dog, and we felt very comfortable there.
Everything worked out perfectly, and the house was already ready for us, even though we arrived 2 hours earlier than planned.
The house caretaker C. was also very nice and gave us a thorough introduction to everything. All in all, we spent 2 wonderful weeks there on vacation.

We really enjoyed our two weeks at Casa Denimar. The house and pool were beautiful, and we could relax well. Our daughter could almost feel like Rapunzel in the tower room. The difference was that she decided when to come down; a dream for a 16-year-old. . .

We spent a week at Casa DeniMar. As expected, we found a beautiful house with a similar outdoor area. A fully equipped kitchen with plenty of tableware and cutlery. Additionally, there was a drinks fridge so you could stock up on drinks and everything you need from the surrounding supermarkets. The outdoor area is very well-maintained and has a nice pool. As a result, I personally saved myself the way to the sea and spent my time at the pool. Of course, the grill was also tested, and we mostly catered for ourselves. Everything was very clean, and the pool boy also came twice. Conclusion: We all left with a tear in our eye and can recommend this property with 5 out of 5 stars. Thank you very much, Mrs. Herrnberger!!!

We spent two wonderful weeks on vacation in Spain. We felt very comfortable in your house and the beautiful garden with pool. Your house is really well-equipped and there is plenty of space to store everything we brought - even in the bathroom! Your garden and pool are just perfect for feeling comfortable, along with the pleasant sunny weather (not as dry and hot as in southern Germany!). Das Haus ist wunderschön

The DeniMar house is beautiful. It is very well equipped with everything (lots of dishes), nicely furnished, and the pool is just great. The garden is huge, and you can enjoy the view of the majestic palm trees. The location is fantastic, everything important nearby and still very quiet. There are many options for eating out within a short distance, and beaches of all kinds (sandy, rocky) are also within easy reach. In Denia itself, there are numerous possibilities for activities, so we still have many experiences to explore. This means: we have to come back... And then the caring support from Mrs. Carmen R. must not be missing. Thank you for the tips and information!

A great time

The holiday in your house was very nice, which is mainly due to the equipment of the house and the fantastic pool. In addition, the spacious and well-maintained garden with palm trees, which offered appropriate shady spots, allowed us to use it throughout the day.

We spent 2 relaxing weeks at Casa Deni Mar. The facilities of the house and the property, as well as cleanliness, meet the highest standards. Es war herrlich

We spent 2 weeks at the end of August/early September at Casa DeniMar and it was wonderful. The house is beautiful, spacious, clean, and has everything you need. The garden is great, especially for dogs. It is very well maintained, completely enclosed by walls for security and privacy. The pool is fantastic and refreshing, perfect for the hot temperatures. The beach is within walking distance. The sea is totally clean, and the beach is very beautiful, and it was always quite empty.
In the surroundings of Denia, there are great developed bike paths, and in the nature reserve around Montgó, you can hike superbly.
For us, it was a wonderful vacation! Also worth mentioning is the great on-site support by C. and A., who are there for you around the clock!

We spent a wonderful and relaxing time in your house in August. The weather was perfect. Despite temperatures around 30 degrees, there was always a pleasant breeze. Wunderschönes Haus

We had the pleasure of spending our vacation in 2016 at Casa DeniMar. From beginning to end, everything was perfectly organized by the owner and the on-site team (Carmen and Axel). Everything went smoothly. We enjoyed two wonderful weeks in the super clean and well-maintained house. The kitchen equipment was top-notch. Beds were great. The garden very well-kept. It is a short drive to the sea, but the beach is worth it - few people, sandy beach, clean water (suitable for children as it is shallow). You could relax wonderfully in the tranquility of the house, but also quickly drive into town for food or strolling if you felt like it. Restlos begeistert

Our vacation in Spain in February was beautiful. The whole family was completely thrilled. We had mostly nice weather with bright blue skies - while in Germany it was cold and wet. We were almost alone on the beach, wonderful! The holiday home is simply a dream - we have never had a comparable holiday residence: spacious with plenty of retreat options, lots of space for shared meals and evenings, all rooms excellently equipped, nothing missing in the kitchen, the garden is sheltered and nicely landscaped. . . . ;
