We rent a centrally and quietly located bungalow in the Birkenhain holiday settlement in immediate proximity to the beach (1500m). The holiday home has a size of 56m² including a conservatory of 20m². It has one bedroom with a double bed and a living room. The holiday home is suitable for 2 people. Bungalow with conservatory
It was a beautiful time at the vacation home of the Laß family. After the nice, quick, and uncomplicated contact with the landlord, one is welcomed by a practically well-furnished and well-maintained bungalow in a very quiet vacation home settlement.
The property is relatively large and well-protected from view by a high hedge. The large conservatory is also ideal, which can mostly be opened along the long side. This way, one can practically sit outside even if it should rain. For those seeking peace, a clear recommendation!

Bungalow appraisal
We were in August in the bungalow of the Lass family.
1. The promised bottle of sparkling wine was not available.
2. We had a toddler of 2 1/2 years; our child had to sleep in the kitchen because there was no way to place her in the parents' bedroom.
3. The bathroom was far too small; there was hardly any room to turn around.
4. Not suitable for small children at all (the property was not fenced, no space to set up a travel bed in the bedroom). The dishes were partly dirty and broken, just like the garden chair.
6. Price/performance did not match.
7. Bungalow not suitable for families with small children.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Die Umgebung war sehr schön aber die andern Bungalows waren schöner und besser
free time activities: Kinderland war sehr schön
Haus auf Kopf war interessant und die Wildlife auch
shopping facilities: Nicht so zu empfehlen

Der Bungalow wurde 2016 komplett saniert. Das Elternschlafzimmer und das Bad wurden vergrößert. Die Küche ist komplett neu.
