Distance to the sea is only 30 m. The beach (sand, gravel and rocks) there are SA. 250 m.
Opposite the apartments is the Vizula peninsula with Roman ruins where you can make beautiful morning walks.
Not to empfelen particularly is a one-day excursion to the natural park "Kamenjak" where you can swim or can enjoyed also dei nature in its full splendor.
Shops, banks, restaurants, bakery, promenade with Marine are just few steps from our home away.
For fitness and sports lovers in close many different devices are available.
Around Apartment guests can find free parking available. The Medulin located at the southern tip of the region a fishing village has been transformed into a modern holiday destination.

Beach is know 1km long sandy beach Bjieca, to appreciate especially families with children very much.

Great, very well-kept clean apartment
The apartment is very well equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. Outdoor grill and garden shower are excellent. In the immediate vicinity there is a Konzum, bakery, and exchange office. Unfortunately, parking spaces are limited. Within a 10-minute walk, you can reach the promenade with numerous restaurants and shops. Particularly recommended is the Vagabundo restaurant. The Jakupovic couple is very friendly and helpful. A visit to the island of Cape Kamenjak with numerous fantastic beaches is highly recommended. A successful vacation in a very nice accommodation all around. Absolutely recommendable.

Beautiful vacation rental in a great location
The apartment is fully equipped. From the bedding to the coffee machine, nothing was missing. A highlight was having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the harbor. Right across the street is a basketball court, though it was not used much. A bakery and a grocery store are just around the corner where you can buy delicious rolls. We always took the dog to the Vizula Peninsula, which is a 10-minute walk away. As a restaurant, we can highly recommend "Salt & Pepper," which is located just across the street. All in all, we could spend 2 very nice weeks here. Mr. and Mrs. Jakupovic were very friendly and were available for any questions.

Great holiday apartment right by the sea - not on the beach
The holiday apartment is really well-equipped. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, everything was super clean, and the garden was great too. You are quickly in the hustle and bustle, but not right in the middle, which is especially an advantage at night. There is a supermarket right next door and a bakery on the other side of the house. The holiday apartment is separated by a basketball court, directly by the sea. Unfortunately, you cannot swim there, as it is more of a harbor and the water is not very clean. That was our main criticism. We always drove to the adjacent island by car and bathed there. There is shade and it is not as crowded as other places. All in all, a great holiday in a nice accommodation.
