Description
Whether Mediteraner garden or balcony, stay here until 7 guests nothing to be desired.
Large heated pool, barbecue, garden table, outdoor kitchen, cozy couch and bicycles are available to guests to have.
Special joy makes sitting under the palm tree in the garden, with a glass of Istrian wine, watch the lights of Savudrija Lighthouse and Grandma Jolas organic olive farm.
A walk with the dog in the morning on meadows and fields in the area, with accompaniment by pheasants and deer, makes the man relaxed and happy.
Incidentally, the house was home of Count Francesco, the gößte wine and olive oil producer in the region.
Therefore, our site has been named for Count Francesco - Franceskija

Location and surroundings of object
in July, ATP TeFarradtour Umag along Adriatic coast (about 6 km) is a fantastic experience.
Also walking from Monte Roso (golf course) to Kanegra overlooking Savudrija Bay and swim there throughout the day is a great experience.
Savudrija is a small fishing village with biggest open fishing fleet in gantze Croatia. That's why our guests have opportunity to get always the best and fresh fish.
The lighthouse from the 19th .Jh. is the oldest and nördlichse Kroatiens.Überlieferungen According let the

In 300 meters to Golf Club Adriatic is with 18 holes and all year long is open.

Urlaub im Ferienhaus
Wir bewohnten das Haus zu zweit von Mitte bis Ende September 2023.
Tagsüber war es sehr ruhig, bisweilen vollkommen still. Abends/nachts bellten meist Hunde.
Die drei Schlafzimmer (alle im 1. OG) waren mit dem Doppelbett und den Schränken ausgefüllt. Zu dem Fenster/der Balkontür verblieb ein schmaler Gang. Ein Schlafzimmer war durch das Einzelzimmer (ohne Zwischentür) erreichbar. Ein ca. 2 auf 2 m großes Bad befand sich ebenfalls im 1. OG. Das geräumigere Bad lag im Erdgeschoß. Insgesamt war es sehr hellhörig.
Der am einfachsten zugängliche, zum Haus gehörende Parkplatz war den überwiegenden Zeitraum unseres Aufenthalts durch einen Dritten belegt.
Die Hinweise zu den Themen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Strand, Sehenswürdigkeiten etc. seitens des Vermieters empfanden wir anfänglich eher als dürftig bis irreführend.
Die umliegenden Felder bieten sich für einen Spaziergang an. Strand, Metzger, Restaurants sind zur Not auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Es gab viele Stechmücken, auch tagsüber. Da wäre eine Fliegentür auch am Eingang sinnvoll.
Der Pool war sehr angenehm.

Beautiful holiday
Very friendly landlords, helpful and courteous and always available.
Only slight deductions when 6 even possibly 7 people are there the couch set and also the living room is unfortunately much too small.
Air conditioning is only available in the living room/ground floor.
Parking space for up to 3 cars next to the house, outside.
Otherwise you will find everything you need in the house, everything is nicely furnished and equipped, definitely no need for renovation...everything clean and tidy.
Super nice pool, which is cleaned every day early in the morning and the pH value is measured.
The outside area is also equipped with everything you need on holiday, stone table with seating under a large palm tree outside kitchen, barbecue, covered dining table....usw.
If you like it quiet and secluded on holiday, you are in the right place, you can get away from all the tourist hustle and bustle.
However, the way to the various beaches is within 5 minutes by car.
The next big town, Umag, is also about 10 minutes away by car.
So many shopping possibilities.
Pets are also welcome, in short it is absolutely recommendable, only the price should be adjusted a bit if you arrive without dogs.
Thanks again to the landlords and maybe we will see each other again.

Dreamlike holiday
I spent a week at Villa Francesca with my family (4 people). The hosts were more than warm and gave us a lot of useful information (restaurants, beaches, excursions, etc.) The house with a super large pool (integrated area for children), a rustic taverna with outdoor kitchen is ideal for various pleasures, as well as for rest and relaxation. Holidays for the whole family including pets... Great similarity with Tuscany in Italy (the architecture, olive plantations and vineyards). We enjoyed our holiday very much. Everything was really perfect.
