Description
Whether Mediteraner garden or balcony, stay here until 7 guests nothing to be desired.
Large heated pool, barbecue, garden table, outdoor kitchen, cozy couch and bicycles are available to guests to have.
Special joy makes sitting under the palm tree in the garden, with a glass of Istrian wine, watch the lights of Savudrija Lighthouse and Grandma Jolas organic olive farm.
A walk with the dog in the morning on meadows and fields in the area, with accompaniment by pheasants and deer, makes the man relaxed and happy.
Incidentally, the house was home of Count Francesco, the gößte wine and olive oil producer in the region.
Therefore, our site has been named for Count Francesco - Franceskija

in July, ATP TeFarradtour Umag along Adriatic coast (about 6 km) is a fantastic experience.
Also walking from Monte Roso (golf course) to Kanegra overlooking Savudrija Bay and swim there throughout the day is a great experience.
Savudrija is a small fishing village with biggest open fishing fleet in gantze Croatia. That's why our guests have opportunity to get always the best and fresh fish.

Schöner Urlaub
Sehr freundliche Vermieter, hilfreich und zuvorkommend und immer erreichbar.
Nur leichte Abzüge wenn 6 sogar evtl. 7 Leute dort sind ist die Couchgarnitur und auch das Wohnzimmer leider viel zu klein.
Klimaanlage ist nur im Wohnzimmer/Erdgeschoss vorhanden.
Stellplatz für bis zu 3 Autos neben dem Haus, außerhalb.
Ansonsten findet man alles im Haus was Mann/Frau so braucht, es ist alles nett eingerichtet und ausgestattet, definitiv kein Renovierungsbedarf...alles sauber und ordentlich.
Superschöner Pool, der jeden Tag frühmorgens gereinigt und der PH Wert gemessen wird.
Auch die Aussenanlage ist mit allem ausgestattet was man im Urlaub braucht, Steintisch mit Sitzgelegenheit unter einer großen Palme Aussenküche, Grill, überdachter Esstisch....usw.
Wer es im Urlaub ruhig und abgeschieden mag, ist dort absolut richtig aufgehoben, man kann dort dem ganzen Touristentrubel schön entkommen.
Allerdings ist aber der Weg zu den verschiedenen Stränden innerhalb von 5 Min. mit dem Auto zu bewältigen.
Auch die nächste große Stadt, Umag, ist mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Min. zu erreichen.
Also viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Haustier ist auch willkommen, kurzum es ist absolut zu empfehlen, nur sollte der Preis etwas angepasst werden, wenn man ohne Hunde anreist.

Traumhafter Urlaub
Mit meiner Familie (4Personen) habe ich eine Woche in der Villa Francesca verbracht. Die Gastgeber waren mehr als herzlich und haben uns eine Menge nützlicher Informationen gegeben (Restaurants, Strände, Ausflüge, etc.) Das Haus mit einem super großen Pool (integrierter Bereich für Kinder), einer rustikalen Taverna mit Outdoor-Küche ist ideal für verschiedene Genüsse, wie auch für Ruhe und Entspannung. Urlaub für die ganze Familie samt Haustier.. Große Ähnlichkeit mit der Toskana in Italien (die Architektur, Olivenplantagen und Weinberge). Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Es hat wirklich alles gepasst.
