Distance to the sea is only 30 m. The beach (sand, gravel and rocks) there are SA. 250 m.
Opposite the apartments is the Vizula peninsula with Roman ruins where you can make beautiful morning walks.
Not to empfelen particularly is a one-day excursion to the natural park "Kamenjak" where you can swim or can enjoyed also dei nature in its full splendor.
Shops, banks, restaurants, bakery, promenade with Marine are just few steps from our home away.
For fitness and sports lovers in close many different devices are available.
Around Apartment guests can find free parking available. The Medulin located at the southern tip of the region a fishing village has been transformed into a modern holiday destination.

Beach is know 1km long sandy beach Bjieca, to appreciate especially families with children very much.

Tolles, sehr gepflegtes sauberes Appartement
Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Außengrill sowie Dusche im Garten top.in direkter UMgebung KOnzum, Bäcker, Wechselstube. Parkplätze leider rar. In 10 min ist man zu Fuß an der Promenade mit zahlreichen Restaurants und Geschäften. Bes. zu empfehlen Restaurant Vagabundo. Ehepaar Jakupovic sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Empfehlenswert ist der Besuch der Insel Kap Kamenjak mit zahlreichen traumhaften Stränden.
Rundum ein gelungender Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Unterkunft. Abolut empfehlenswert.

schöne Ferienwohnung an toller Lage
Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet. Von der Bettwäsche bis zur Kaffeemaschine hat es an nichts gefehlt. Ein Highlight war jeweils das Frühstück auf dem Sitzplatz mit Sicht auf den Hafen. Gleich gegenüber ist ein Basketball Platz, der jedoch nicht viel benutzt wurde. Ein Backwaren Laden und Konsum sind gleich um die Ecke, wo feine Brötchen gekauft werden können. Wir gingen mit dem Hund immer auf die Halbinsel Vizula, welche in 10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar ist. Als Restaurant können wir das "Salt & Pepper" sehr empfehlen, welches gleich auf der gegenüberliegenden Strassenseite ist. Alles in allem könnten wir 2 sehr schöne Wochen hier verbringen. Herr und Frau Jakupovic waren sehr freundlich und standen für alle Fragen gerne zur Verfügung..

Tolle Ferienwohnung direkt am Meer - nicht am Strand
Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich super ausgestattet. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen, alles war super sauber und der Garten war auch toll. Man ist schnell im Getümmel, aber nicht direkt mitten drin, was besonders nachts ein Vorteil ist. Es gibt direkt nebenan einen Supermarkt und einen Bäcker auf der anderen Seite des Hauses. Die Ferienwohnung liegt durch einen Basketballplatz getrennt, direkt am Meer. Leider kann man dort aber nicht baden, da es mehr ein Hafen ist und das Wasser nicht sehr sauber. Das war unser Hauptkritikpunkt. Wir sind immer mit dem Auto auf die angrenzende Insel gefahren und haben dort gebadet. Es gibt Schatten und ist nicht so überlaufen wie die anderen Stellen. Rundum ein toller Urlaub in einer schönen Unterkunft.
