Description
The typical Tuscan country house is situated in the Crete Senesi, near San Giovanni d'Asso, in the province of Siena.
It offers 100 m² of living space in two independent apartments for max. 8 people.
The property has a 200 m² garden with pool, which is at guests exclusive use.
Interior
On the ground floor the first apartment there is a large living area with fireplace and comfortable sofas, satellite TV and a kitchenette.
In the floor above there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
The second apartment also has a living room with satellite TV and kitchenette on the ground floor, also a single room with bathroom with shower.
On 1st floor there is a large double room, here, a bed can be placed.
Outside
The property is gated opaque by a hedge.
The landscaped garden invites the pool (3,5 x 6,5 m; 1,4m deep),) with comfortable loungers and umbrellas to relax.
Each apartment has its own private outdoor area with a shady gazebo, equipped with table and chairs. All guests but can also be found in common place among one of the gazebos for communal meals outdoors.
There is covered parking outside the garden.
The last 3 km of the access road to the house are unpaved. Easy to navigate with normal cars, for lowered sports car the way is not recommended.
Pets are welcome, please specify when booking.

The holiday home is only rented exclusively. This means the entire house, the garden and the pool are available for guests' sole use.

The nearest village with grocery stores and other services is 3 km, the nearest restaurant even just 1 km away. The property is nestled in the beautiful countryside of Chianti in a panoramic position, quite near San Giovanni d`Asso and the provincial capital of Siena.
The central location is an ideal base for day trips to the surrounding art cities of Tuscany like Montalcino (City of Brunello), Bagno Vignoni (ancient thermal baths from the 12th century.), Pienza (famous for its Pecorino), San Quirico d`Orcia or the monastery of Monte Oliveto Maggiore.
The beautiful surrounding environment but also invites activities such as hiking, mountain biking, horse riding etc.

Top location
We have been to Tuscany for the 4th time now, this house is what we have always been looking for, beautiful location and tranquility, simply fantastic. We have recovered very well and will definitely come back. Our dogs also felt very comfortable.
