Description
The elegant villa in absolute solitary position located in 300 meters above sea level on a hill, an amazing panoramic view of the surrounding olive groves. It was renovated recently with a lot of empathy and restored without the ambience of a Tuscan country house to lose. It offers 220 m² space for max. 13 people in 6 bedrooms and 6 full baths.
Pets are welcome but please absolutely indicate when booking.

The ground floor has a spacious living room with fireplace and comfortable seating and dining area with space for 13 people and access to the terrace. The open kitchen is equipped with all modern comforts such as dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster etc.
On the large shaded veranda, guests can enjoy their meals outdoors on the large wooden table. There is also on this level, a barrier-free double room with bathroom with shower and another double bedroom (can be converted to twin) with bathroom with shower and a guest toilet.
