Description
Enjoy your Florida vacation in the completely renovated and lovingly furnished Villa Lakeview Paradise in Fort Myers. The villa offers space for up to 8 people (4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms).
The generously designed vacation villa is located in a dreamlike setting with a view over one of the three lakes, in the quiet and popular gated community "Beachwalk Isles" in Fort Myers. The outdoor area with a large pool invites you to observe the nature around the lake and enjoy relaxing days there. On the west-facing terrace, you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and end your vacation days with a “sundowner.” A dining area for 6-8 people, with a gas grill for typical American BBQ evenings, is at your disposal. For relaxing days by the pool, sun loungers and a large sun umbrella are available. The electric pool heating will be charged extra for a small additional fee, if desired.
You can surf the secured Wi-Fi throughout the entire house. The holiday villa has a large LED TV with integrated SMART TV in the living room. In addition, a Blu-ray DVD player is available for you, allowing you to spend numerous TV evenings on the large leather couch. Further TV sets are located in the master bedroom and in one of the three guest rooms. The open-plan kitchen with breakfast bar is, of course, fully equipped, with sufficient dishes available. A small dining area with a view of the lake is also integrated. In the living area you will find a large dining area for 8 people, as well as a reading corner. A small collection of board games is also available.
The house has 4 bedrooms with vinyl flooring (1x king size, 2x queen size, 1x twin size) for up to 8 people. The master bedroom has a large walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub. The remaining guest bedrooms are equipped with built-in wardrobes. The second bathroom has a spacious shower. Both bathrooms were completely renovated and modernized in 2019.
The house has a washing machine and dryer, as well as a double garage, which can also be used by our guests.

Location and surroundings of object
Fort Myers is also called the "City of Palms". The city is located in southwest Florida on the banks of the Caloosahatchee River. Most visitors come here to play golf or to enjoy a quiet beach holiday on one of the Gulf Coast's famous white sand beaches and islands. The riverfront downtown promises new restaurants, clubs, shops and galleries. Attractions include the winter residences of Henry Ford and Thomas Edison, as well as nearby Naples and the islands of Sanibel and Captiva.
The cottage is located in the quiet and very popular gated community "Beachwalk Isles" with access code. The famous beaches of Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel Island or Lovers Key State Park are only a few minutes away by car. Various supermarkets (Publix, Supertarget ect.) and restaurants are nearby and sufficient for every taste
The Sanibel Outlet is only 5 minutes away, and several other shopping malls can be reached in about 10 to 20 minutes. Leisure facilities (mini golf, water park, golf etc.) are also available. Day trips to the Everglades or to various theme parks (Bush Garden) are also possible. The nearest airport (RSW) is about 15 miles (20 minutes) away. The popular cities of Tampa and Miami are also about 2 hours away. Orlando is a highlight for amusement park fans, it takes about 3.5 hours to get there.
Fort Myers is the ideal starting point for an unforgettable holiday in Florida.
The climate is extremely pleasant all year round, as there is almost always a light breeze blowing from the Gulf of Mexico. On average, Florida has 330 days of sunshine, which is why it is also called the Sunshine State. The water temperature of the Gulf rarely falls below 23 degrees Celsius. This means you can swim and visit the beach all year round.

Great holiday home with excellent location!
We spent 13 wonderful days in the vacation home "Lakeview Paradise."
The house is fully equipped with everything you need; nothing is missing.
The residential complex is a dream!
Everything you need for shopping is in the immediate vicinity (Aldi, Target, Walmart, Publix...). For those who want, you can even reach Target on foot in 10 minutes.
Beaches can be reached in 10-15 minutes.
We enjoyed being at Lovers Key; for 8 dollars, you can stay there all day. We can recommend this holiday home without reservation.
Everyone in our family said, "We would love to stay longer!"

Great house to feel comfortable.
We felt comfortable all around. Everything is available. The location directly by the lake was great. We observed several bird species, lizards, turtles, and an alligator. We would love to come back.

Stylish house with a high feel-good factor
The house is located in a great area with its own lake with a fountain and a small community baby alligator :-). A shopping center can be reached (the closest one) in 2 minutes by car, and Fort Myers Beach in about 10 minutes by car. We were a total of 7 (5 adults, 1 teenager, and a toddler) and felt very comfortable. The house is very spacious, has a great view of the lake, and has more than everything you need for a nice vacation (even sunshades and chairs for the beach). The foosball table also provided us with a lot of fun. We can highly recommend the house and would definitely choose this house again for a future vacation in this area. The coordination with the owners and the caretaker also went very well. Thanks again for everything.

Holiday home exceeded our high expectations.
The description and pictures from the internet already made us eager to stay. The coordination with Mrs. Eherer beforehand also went very well, so there was nothing standing in the way of our visit. Even Hurricane Irma couldn't really cause much damage. Upon our arrival, everything turned out to be at least as beautiful as we had imagined. The location is perfect and quiet, with a great view over the lake. The amenities are definitely more than complete. Everything we needed was there (and probably even more). The pool, wonderfully warm during our stay, was of course great, the terrace was perfect (we never sat inside), and we also had a lot of fun with the table soccer. So all in all, perfect. If we come back to Florida, we will very likely choose this house again.
