Our two holiday flats 4*Seemöwe (2 rooms 58sqm) and 5*Silbermöwe (2 rooms 68sqm) in MöwenNest Scharbeutz are located on the upper floor of a house with a total of nine flats
Our Silbermöwe, furnished with real wood furniture, has a living room with west-facing loggia, hallway, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with shower and WC, and a separate guest WC
In the living area, a long chair invites you to have a pleasant chat. With the stereo system, flat-screen TV and DVD player, you are always up to date on the latest events - or join in the fun with the crime scene on Sunday evening. You can make free calls to the German landline network and use our WLAN access to the internet
The living area is laid with real oak parquet flooring, the kitchen, bathroom and guest WC with high-quality porcelain stoneware tiles.
From the living area you can access the west loggia - with sun from noon to sunset. You can enjoy this in the comfortable balcony furniture. Or perhaps you'd like to take a seat at the table in the dining area and play some games. We have some games ready for you.
The bedroom has a double bed (160*200) and a large sliding door wardrobe with plenty of space for your holiday wardrobe. From here you have direct access to the south-facing balcony.
The bathroom has a spacious shower with Raindance overhead shower, a generous washstand with hairdryer and a WC with electric ventilation
The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with brand-name built-in appliances, just like at home
There is a washing and drying room in the basement for quick laundry in between. The washing machine is coin operated
Our MöwenNest bicycles are ready for your excursions into the surrounding area, the aluminium scooter for the kids, the handcart and our beach rolly.

Location and surroundings of object
The fine sandy beach is only 300m away - straight down the Neue Bergstraße. At 'Korb am Meer' at beach access 23/24, our MöwenNest beach chair is waiting for you in the high season (until ). You can play sports on the modern scater course or mini-golf in the dunes - or find contemplation in the beach church
The dune mile around the pier forecourt with bakeries, boutiques, a variety of restaurants, a pharmacy, medical care and the spa park with a children's playground and entertainment facilities is directly adjacent to the beach. From the pier, you can take the excursion steamers along the coast in the Bay of Lübeck to Boltenhagen in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania
The shopping centre for daily needs (Aldi, REWE, Penny, Rossmann, Kaufhaus Stolz etc.) is only 700m away. The medical centre with a modern dialysis centre is just around the corner. It is a 20-minute walk from the train station to the MöwenNest.

| Our seasonal rental prices Our seasonal rental prices apply for an occupancy of up to two adults. For an additional person over 10 years we charge 15€ per night in the Seemöwe, for a child up to 10 years once 20€ One child in a travel cot is free of charge. Baby bath, changing mat, children's travel cot with bed linen, children's high chair, children's bicycle seat and a play mat are available free of charge on request. For arrivals and departures on public holidays, we charge a holiday surcharge of €50 each. During the festive weeks of Easter, Whitsun, Christmas and New Year's Eve, the seasonal rental price of the autumn season applies. Only the tourism fee of the municipality of Scharbeutz is added to the seasonal rental prices. We request a deposit of 20% of the MöwenNest services after receipt of the booking confirmation, the remaining amount four weeks before your arrival. If we do not receive the payments on time, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract without setting a deadline. You are then obliged to pay compensation for any lost rental income. Our services The agreed seasonal rental price includes all ancillary costs for heating, electricity, water and sewage as well as the house service. We also provide: bed linen, bathrobe, slippers, one towel and one shower towel per adult person for each week as well as a bath mat, guest towel and tea towel. In addition, you have free use of the room safe, the garage for your limousine (max. height 174cm), our MöwenNest bicycles and aluminium scooters as well as our WLAN and free calls to the German landline network From the beginning of May to the beginning of October, you can use one of our MöwenNest beach chairs free of charge at Korb am Meer beach access 23/24. |

With our in-house MöwenNest bicycles, you can ride just a few minutes to Haffkrug and Sierksdorf - that's where HansaPark is - or to Timmendorfer Strand and Niendorf, about an hour to Travemünde - always along the beach and always with a view of the Baltic Sea. "The view doesn't bump into anything there," is what Schleswig-Holstein's honorary citizen Armin Müller-Stahl called it. On the way, loosen up on the trim trail sponsored by the local Lions Club. At Niendorf harbour, by the way, you can get fresh fish directly from the fisherman in the morning - and a cool tapped Klüver's beer from Neustadt.

Spotlessly clean and very cozy
We have never had such a beautiful holiday apartment before. A very modern bathroom with a large shower. Cozy dining area, cuddly sofa, comfortable bed and functional kitchen. It was always calm on the west-facing balcony, so we often sat in the sun there. The towels were folded in the shape of flowers on the made beds. A big thank you to the nice landlords.

Great high-quality equipment
We had a very nice stay in this high-quality apartment.
Everything, really everything was available. There was a spacious single garage where bicycles, a pull cart, and various beach chairs were available for use. The beds were already made and prepared nicely. There were also towels in a large variety.
Everything in the apartment was of high quality. Porcelain, glasses, cutlery, and all kitchen utensils. The kitchen was better equipped than at home. Even 0.50€ coins for the washing machine in the basement were provided.
There was a lot of information and instructions in advance about the access, parking, and the first day. Simply great. We will definitely come back.

Excellent holiday flat
The holiday flat is furnished exactly as seen on the internet. Simply perfect.
We were very happy with the flat and the very nice landlords. We wanted for absolutely nothing, bikes were ready to go and there was also a basket and bike bag for nice bike tours.
We would book this flat again at any time and our holiday there was an incredible relaxation from day 1. A real oasis of well-being.
Highly recommended.

If we holiday in Scharbeutz again, then only here.
We would like to give feedback on this beautiful accommodation. Five thumbs up. It is very tastefully furnished tone on tone. The kitchen lacks nothing - from A like batteries in the freezer compartment to Z like lemon squeezer - everything is there. The quality of the furniture and accessories (glasses from Schott Zwiesel, crockery from Friesland) is very appealing and not common everywhere. We felt very comfortable. The beach chair belonging to the flat was very pleasant. So if we want to spend a holiday in Scharbeutz again, then only here.

Sehr schöne, saubere, moderne Wohnung
Mein Frau und ich haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die persönliche Begrüßung durch die Eigentümer und die kleinen Präsente von ihnen fanden wir sehr nett .
Bei Sonnenschein kann man sich auf beiden Balkonen sonnen und dem Treiben der Menschen zu sehen. Die Wohnung ist in einem super ,sauberen Zustand,es fehlte uns an nichts. Strand ist schnell zu erreichen und dann noch der reservierte Strandkorb für die Gäste,was will man mehr.
Auf diesem Wege noch mal vielen Dank,dass wir Ihre Gäste sein durften.

Unsere schönste Ferienwohnung
Wir waren jetzt das 4.Mal in Scharbeutz, und hatten dieses Mal das Glück, in einer wunderschönen Ferienwohnung wohnen zu können. Alles ganz neu, alles liebevoll eingerichtet, einfach wohlfühlen von Anfang an. Ganz lieben Kontakt zu den Vermietern, es stimmte einfach alles. Wir werden diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall wieder buchen, und freuen uns schon sehr darauf, schon bald wieder die gute Ostseeluft zu schnuppern.
