The combined ****magistrate's and ****mayor's flats are the two flats in the AltesRathaus.
The combination offers a beautiful view over the Innerstetal and the old mountain town of Wildemann. For up to 12 people together, with 2 spacious living rooms incl. dining areas, 6 bedrooms each for 2 people, 2 kitchens with dining areas, as well as 2 bathrooms with bathtub and WC.
Five bedrooms with double bed and large flat screen TVs, the sixth bedroom has two single beds
The living rooms are luxuriously furnished and have large sofas, dining tables for 12 people and large flat screen TVs with satellite reception and stereo systems. Of course, fast and free 100Mb WLAN throughout the house.

The typical Harz patrician house, built around 1870, is centrally located in the town centre above the Bohlweg.
From here you can reach restaurants and pubs without having to climb any metres.
Slightly elevated and in a sunny location on the slope of the Gallingsberg, it is not directly on the main road but on a small square, from where the pedestrian path to the Magdalenen Church and the entrance to many hiking trails begins. House with a lot of charm and cordiality
A house with a lot of atmosphere, very clean, very well equipped, nothing was missing! Dogs are just as welcome as people?
The house has a very good central location. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the duvets light and warm just great! The technical equipment is very good. Large flatscreens in all rooms fantastic, thank you!

Highly recommended accommodation
We were with 7 adults, 5 children and 2 dogs in the upper apartments. All our expectations were exceeded. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms were all in new condition and very clean. The kitchens had all the electric appliances you need, including coffee, coffee pads, and tea. Sugar and rock candy were also provided. Very nice reception, introduction, and tips from the landlord. Since the living room in the mayor's apartment is very spacious, we were able to have breakfast all together there. Bakery, small grocery store, and restaurant only a few meters away. We all felt very comfortable. We highly recommend this vacation home. Thumbs up and thank you again.

Beautiful family vacation
We were with 9 adults and 2 children in the house, everyone liked it. Everything went completely uncomplicated - from booking to payment, handover and return. There are very comfortable beds available. - There are many beautiful hiking trails around the village and many tourist attractions nearby.

Very nice accommodation.
This time we were at a family weekend in Wildemann and had both apartments of the holiday house. Since there were 9 adults and 2 children with us, we were very happy to have enough space for eating, relaxing and cooking together! The apartments have enough space, are very well equipped (especially in the kitchen there are exclusively new/good appliances) and were very clean.
The landlord is available at any time for questions and is extremely friendly.
The surroundings are really beautiful and very well suited for walks, hikes and activities such as a visit to the tunnel.
We all felt very comfortable and would rent the holiday house again at any time! :)

much too short autumn vacation!
We had booked the mayor's and magistrate's apartment with 9 people (6 adults, 3 children).
In each apartment, we found a basket filled with coffee, wine, tea, filter bags, spices, and much more.
There were no wishes left unfulfilled in the kitchen and the bathroom. Everything was prepared to the best.
The landlord made us feel very welcome. Unfortunately, we had rainy weather, but umbrellas were also available. In each apartment, there were folders with information about the sights and hiking trails. We highly recommend a tour of the 19-Lachterstollen, especially good for children.
In case of car trouble, Mr. van den Heuvel immediately provided us with assistance (on a Sunday).
We can only praise and highly recommend this wonderful accommodation.

It was love at first sight: The pretty, historic mountain town of Wildemann with its impressive nature in the middle of the Harz Mountains inspired us to acquire the Old Town Hall in order to realise fantastic and wonderful holiday flats.
