Description
The bedroom has a large, high designer canopy bed with electric slatted frames, which also allow a great view of the Trave and the arriving and departing ships while lying down.
The new 20 cm high cold foam mattresses, a large 32" flat-screen TV with Wi-Fi, a large wardrobe, and a glass dressing console complete the comfort.
Electric shutters with remote control are also installed. The living room features a comfortable genuine leather sofa with a full-size bed function and its own new mattress, an electric designer recliner made of genuine leather, a genuine leather armchair, a 42" 3D television, and a hi-fi system.
A glass coffee table and various glass side tables are available as storage options.
The dining area is enhanced by Ghost chairs made of transparent acrylic glass and an extendable designer steel and glass dining table from Spinder. Both from the living room and the bedroom you have direct access to the 25 sqm wraparound corner balcony. A 2-seater bench, two garden chairs, a sun lounger, and a hanging chair invite you to sunbathe at an airy height.
An awning provides shade if needed.
The living room, with its dining area, from which there is a convenient passage to the open kitchen, is ideal for enjoying the maritime atmosphere and the panoramic view. The living room is tiled in a wood look, the bedroom is carpeted.
The bathroom has a bathtub, which can also be used as a shower, as well as a toilet, a hand washbasin, a washer-dryer, and a storage shelf.
The small kitchen is optimally designed and contains, in addition to the sink, a stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, a small dishwasher, a microwave, and a refrigerator. Sufficient glasses, dishes and cutlery, of course “pots and pans” as well as a toaster, coffee machine, coffee pad machine and kettle are naturally included.
Promenade, beach, spa gardens, 5-star Arosa Hotel, 5-star Atlantic Hotel and shopping mile are only a few steps away.
Guests in the Maritim Residence have the privacy of an apartment, but can also use the hotel amenities such as swimming pool, sauna, solarium etc. in the building for a fee. The residence porter’s lodge is staffed 24 hours. The Maritim Hotel offers a restaurant, a bar, and a beer pub.
The security standard is very high and access to the residences is only permitted to authorized persons.
An underground parking space can be rented on request at a preferential price of €18 per day (regular price €20).
The apartment has a cordless telephone with free German landline calls (flat rate for domestic landlines) and internet Wi-Fi access.

In good weather you can see as far as Lübeck's church towers to the south and Timmendorf and Neustadt to the west. Travemünde is one of the most beautiful and charming seaside resorts in Europe! Since its official designation as a "seaside resort" in 1802, the former fishing and shipping town has become a top address for bathers from near and far.

Travemünde - Lübeck's beautiful daughter
A wide, white sandy beach, its more than 200-year history as a seaside resort and Germany's largest Baltic harbour characterise the maritime image of the town at the mouth of the Trave. A striking building presents itself as an unmistakable landmark: as Europe's highest beacon, the 125-metre-high Maritim Tower not only shows ships the way to Travemünde, but can also be seen with the naked eye as far as the old town of Lübeck, 22 kilometres away. The somewhat dreamy Travemünde with its quaint old town alleys and historic façade along the Trave has experienced a dynamic development in recent years: from luxury hotels to holiday villages for families, the range of offers for holidaymakers has expanded - without seriously detracting from the incomparable charm of the Baltic pearl.

Corner Suite with Dream View
Not only the view, but also the location of the flat are just great and can't be beaten. Everything is available in the flat, you don't need to bring anything. If we come to Travemünde again, we will definitely stay in this flat.

Everything perfect
Great flat with a great view. The kitchen was perfectly equipped. (Was important to us, as we tend to avoid restaurant visits at "Corona times" and catered for ourselves) There were even 2 bicycles available, which we used almost daily. Otherwise, we agree with the many positive reviews. It was a nice, relaxed holiday. We would love to come back!

Holiday flat with great view in central location at the Baltic Sea
We stayed in this beautiful, well-equipped flat for the second time. The view of the Trave and the beach is magnificent. There is nothing missing in this flat. It is very quiet and centrally located. The landlords of this holiday flat are very nice. We will be happy to come back.

Very nice holiday in times of the Corona crisis
After all the uncertainties in connection with the Corona crisis, our holiday was very nice and with hardly any restrictions. The top view and the super equipment of the flat combined with the central location made for very varied and entertaining days. Would come again at any time, if possible.

Unique!
Since everything is a bit different in the Corona season this year, we just wanted to get out of the daily work routine and relax and switch off for a week. We found this beautiful flat on the internet and booked it. We knew from the photos what to expect and how the flat was equipped. We were not disappointed, on the contrary...the fantastic view, whether from the bed, relax chair (top!) or balcony. There is always something to see and observe. And the flat is also super equipped. We didn't miss anything. That's why we want to come back in October, but to the apartment 2 floors higher, as it was already occupied. We are really looking forward to it!
