* Ask about last minute offers! * The house "Casa Salvatore" is located on the sunny southwest coast of Tenerife in Los Menores (Adeje) at an altitude of approx. 300 meters. It is a detached house with a breathtakingly beautiful view of the Atlantic and the coastal towns, such as Los Cristianos and Playa de las Americas, as well as the surrounding mountains.
The view of the coastal towns "Los Cristianos" and "Playa de Las Americas" in the evening is particularly noteworthy. The sea of lights is simply magnificent. And when you sit by the illuminated pool in the evening, you won’t forget the holiday anytime soon.
The holiday home (50 sqm living space and 25 sqm terrace) has a large living room with an open kitchen, which is visually separated by a dining counter. In the living room there is a television with satellite antenna for receiving almost all German TV channels as well as a radio with CD player. On the approx. The owner's house is also located on the large property; upon request, he is happy to provide information about hikes or recommend good restaurants nearby.
The comfortable seating area can be converted into a bed (90 x 200 cm) in just a few simple steps. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need on vacation: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, juicer, iron, electric kettle, vacuum cleaner, refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, 2-burner gas stove, and much more.
In the bedroom there is a double bed (160 x 200 cm).
The comfort mattresses guarantee a pleasant sleep.
The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, toilet, and hairdryer. If you walk a few steps through the garden, you will find a first-class pool about 30 meters from the house. The pool is about 100 sqm in size, very shallow at the entrance and reaches a depth of about 2 meters on the other side. Water cascades let the filtered water trickle back into the pool. Right next to the pool is a fine "sandy beach" of about 200 sqm, where you can also play beach volleyball. Of course, there are some sun loungers and sun umbrellas on the terrace by the pool. In the covered outdoor seating area, there is a charcoal grill and another refrigerator.

Some restaurants can be reached in about 2-5 minutes. Large supermarkets are about 5 minutes away. The beautiful sandy beach at Hotel Bahia del Duque can be reached in 10 minutes. The house is located between two golf courses: Golf Costa Adeje can be reached in 5 minutes, and Golf Abama in 10 minutes.
South Airport about 25 minutes

Dreamlike view
We felt very comfortable in Tenerife, in the holiday home, on the property and in neighbourhood to the residents of the main house. Mrs Solange and her son Fabrice gave us a warm welcome and it is pleasant to have German-speaking landlords. The house offers everything you need on holiday. After a short walk through the palm garden, the magnificent pool landscape and the endless view over the ocean open up to you. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet, the nearby motorway did not bother us. Only a few small things need to be replaced or repaired, but this in no way spoils the overall experience of Casa Salvatore.

Fabulous holiday home

Super , quiet location
Centrally located, away from the tourist hustle and bustle.
Ideal for 2 persons. Restaurants and shopping within easy reach.
Car is recommended. Landlords are very nice and helpful.

Beautiful house, located in a quiet area.
Beautiful house, located in a quiet area. There are several good restaurants that can be reached within a few minutes by car. I have never seen such a beautiful pool area at a private home before. The hosts are very friendly and we had a lot of fun together. If you don't just want to lie on the beach but are looking for a good starting point to explore Tenerife, this is the right place. We were again satisfied with the apartment you provided. During a future visit, we will look at your website again.

Simply great, beautiful house, fantastic pool area, friendly landlords, magnificent sundowner at the "Belvedere".
Secluded and quiet, but good shopping options 4 km away. Renting a car is advisable, had a good experience with Cicar.
