Description
This renovated, beautiful art nouveau house is located on the southern North Sea, in clean, well-kept East Frisia, on a 2000 sqm property with old trees. The house is ideal for couples/families, extended families or groups. You have the advantage that everyone can be together on the large ground floor and still have their own privacy, their own bathroom, toilet, etc. - the morning traffic jam in front of the bathroom is impossible! Outside the season, our house is also available on (extended) weekends. Of course with WLAN and telephone!
On the ground floor there is a 120 sqm flat with a comfortable sauna (2.20 x 2.20 m - 4-6 people can easily go in together), with three large bedrooms, very large bathroom with round shower, large moulded bathtub, 2 separate washbasins, bidet, WC, an extra guest WC and extra shower by the sauna. In the large living-dining area, everyone can eat together at one table, celebrate, play cards, etc. There is a modern fitted kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob, freezer, ample equipment with dishes, glasses, etc.. The very high-quality furnishings with granite floors, underfloor heating, and furniture (partly antique) and a beautiful sauna make this art nouveau villa stand out clearly from the other holiday home offers. The rooms are over three metres high and the furnishings give the house a very special, unusual ambience.
Upstairs there are four more bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (with tub and shower) and another living-dining area with a double sofa bed and another fitted kitchen.
For the little ones we have 3 cots, baby changing facilities and highchairs. Two large, fully furnished terraces (tables, chairs, sun umbrellas, loungers, barbecue) and a super-large lawn offer ideal conditions for a relaxing stay.
In the garden house you can store your brought or rented bicycles (bicycle rental in 2 km distance). There are also sun loungers here, which you are welcome to take out when the weather is nice.

East Frisian Art Nouveau house with sauna on a 2000 m² plot - so no holiday home settlement with towel-width green strips around the house! Directly in front of us is the island of Langeoog, which you can visit - just like all the other East Frisian islands - either by mudflat hike or by boat. But also the seal breeding station in Norden or a visit to the brewery in Jever, a tour of the art gallery in Emden or simply the beautiful towns of Esens, Aurich, are guaranteed not to leave you bored. And if you end the day in the in-house sauna, this is not only very pleasant, but you are certainly doing something good for your health!
Please ask for the rental price, which depends on the number of persons and the length of stay. Westerbur is a suburb of the North Sea resort of Dornumersiel, located about 500m off the coastal road and the dyke. It is quiet and idyllic in this little village of about 300 inhabitants. You can go shopping in Dornumersiel, 2 km away, or in Dornum (4 km away) or in Bensersiel, about 5 km away. And if you wish, we can also order you the regional daily newspaper during your holiday.

Soul vacation
We had a wonderful week with our friends in the spacious house with two very well-equipped kitchens. There was enough space for everyone to eat, drink, laugh, and talk together. The large garden provided room for playing soccer and cracking crabs at the big table. Of course, the sauna in the house was also wonderful - pure relaxation!
The surroundings are great - we could do a lot of activities and had a different experience every day. Thanks also to the good service of the administration - extending a night was no problem. A completely perfect holiday program! Thank you and gladly again!

Beautiful house where everything is perfect!
This villa is worth its 5-star rating! Very appealing ambiance, plenty of space for many people, and also nice retreat options! Where else can you find a house with 18 beds on a 2000 sqm plot, with a wonderfully large sauna and generous amenities and all comforts!?

Great house for family vacation and family celebrations!
We celebrated our grandma's milestone birthday here - a completely successful celebration with a family vacation together! Thanks to the owner for the shopping and buffet tips!
The house offers a lot of space, even for many people. We especially liked the 4 bathrooms - so each family had their own bathroom and there was no waiting in line for the bathroom! The large sauna is also highly recommended! Thanks for this great vacation!
