The stone house, newly built in the traditional Tuscan style is situated in a secluded location on a small hill not far from the sandy beaches at Follonica 18 km, Punta Ala is 26 km and Castiglione della Pescaia 27 km, to the lake Accesa is 10 km away. A 6-hectare fenced it encloses, in this are more than 1500 olive trees and fruit trees, the fruit should be picked.

4-room house, approx 100 m², on the ground floor: large living room with fireplace and sofa bed, by an open arch they enter the dining room with kitchenette with table and chairs, 2 double rooms, 2 bathrooms with shower and toilet. From one bedroom it comes in a windowless rich, enclosed porch with furniture. Before the entrance there is an open veranda 20 m² with table, chairs, sun loungers, large parasol and lawns.

Everything as promised

A very beautiful country house and a great plot of land. As described, the cars and train are a bit louder when the wind is unfavorable, but that's within reason. The only thing that is annoying is the whirlpool, which makes noise 24 hours a day. Possibly, it can be minimized, and it was out of order during our time. All in all, a great address. A magnificent place

The photos don't really do the villa justice, it's even more beautiful.
The driveway to the house is very beautiful like in a movie. We received a very friendly welcome at the house with nice gifts. The house is very clean and tidy. Of course the pool is the centrepiece of the property. We stayed with 2 dogs which we could let run very well without a leash. As a starting point for our excursions, the house is very good, you can quickly get to Grosseto and Follonica is not far away. What is very important is that the beds are very, very good and we slept very well. In short, we will be back in 2019 ;-)

Wunderbares Ferienhaus

The house is beautiful and has everything you need. We (two couples with a dog each) immediately felt comfortable at Casa Ramerino. The owners are very helpful and friendly. The location is generally very nice, only the highway is audible. However, you can easily counteract that with some music. The beds are a bit unstable, and we were glad to have our own blanket. Otherwise, everything was perfect, and we are definitely nitpicking on a high level. If time allows, we will definitely come back gladly.

Tuscan cottage with beautiful garden

We spent a week in July in this beautiful cottage with a wonderful garden in the heart of Tuscany. The house is ideal for a holiday with a dog (we had a Great Dane - there was plenty of space) as the garden and the entire property are fenced and there are no direct neighbors (so you can really relax). The house, the pool, and the garden are lovingly designed and very well maintained. You can reach the sea by car within 20 minutes (several dog beaches available). The nearby federal road can be heard in the morning and evening; it was not disturbing for us.
