We offer a spacious ground floor flat for 4-6 people with a large terrace with garden furniture and parasol.
The living area of about 90 m² is equipped with an open living and dining area with pull-out couch set, dining table, flat screen TV and wood-burning stove
The fitted kitchen has a 4-plate ceramic hob, built-in oven and dishwasher
You will find a bright, spacious bathroom with shower and a separate WC
One bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom offers two single beds. If required, two additional sleeping places can be used on the pull-out couch in the living area
The house is equipped with electric shutters and insect screens. We are happy to provide a children's travel cot and a children's high chair free of charge. A parking space belongs to the flat.

Location and surroundings of object
You will find our holiday home on the northern tip of the island of Rügen, idyllically situated between the Wieker Bodden and the Baltic Sea beach. The beach access to the natural beach of the Baltic Sea is only about 900 m away from our holiday home and can be reached on foot in only 15 minutes. The centre of Dranske with the landing stage at the Wieker Bodden is approx. 4 km away and can be reached in no time on the cycle path.

Unspoilt nature, beautiful scenery and kilometres of natural beaches invite you to relax and unwind. The nature reserve "Nordwestufer Wittow and Kreptitzer Heide" are in the immediate vicinity
The municipality of Dranske is located on the Wittow peninsula, which comprises the northern part of the island of Rügen and is also called Windland
The municipality covers the south-western part of the peninsula and the Bug headland. The village is idyllically situated between the Baltic Sea and the Wieker Bodden and offers something for recreation seekers of all tastes
The beautiful sandy beach on the Baltic Sea is an experience at any time of year. Of course, especially in the summer months, it is a centre of attraction for families with children, who can splash around in the shallow water, build blob castles and look for chicken gods
The Bodden beach directly in the village offers water sports enthusiasts in particular a perfect setting for windsurfing. In the local surf school, beginners can start their first attempts close to the shore, and professionals can expand their knowledge.
The Dranske jetty is also located here; during the season, you can take the "White Fleet" boats from here directly to the island of Hiddensee
Early morning, when the sun slowly rises over the opposite shore of the Bodden, is the right time for anglers
In Dranske and its districts you can also take advantage of other leisure facilities such as a children's playground or horse riding. Don't miss a visit to the maritime history museum or a walk in the romantic Gutshof Park
In the Kuhle district you can visit the oldest existing restaurant on Rügen, the "Schifferkrug". Its existence has been documented since 1455.

Cancellation terms:
Cancellations or rebookings must always be made in writing. In the event of cancellation up to 28 days before the start of the rental, cancellation fees amounting to the deposit paid will be retained. From 27 days to 7 days before the start of the rental, the cancellation fees are 50% of the total rental price. From 6 days to 1 day before the start of the rental, the cancellation fees are 75% of the total rental price. In the event of a no-show or early departure, the rental price can only be refunded if a replacement rental is found. Special case of the spread of the Corona Virus: Should it not be permitted to rent holiday apartments or to travel as a guest during the travel period due to Corona regulations, you will receive a refund of your deposit or the rental price already paid within 7 days.
