In the apartment Santa Maria del Mare is a granny flat on the ground floor of a large villa with a total of 2 units. Access to the apartment is completely separate from the access to the upper apartment, from the ocean side of on the large terrace: it extends in front at the Entire Villa, has an area of about 100 square meters, has a large dining table and chairs under a shady wooden roofing , slightly raised a sun room with loungers, and a barbecue. The sea view is exhilarating, not a building disturbs ranging from views of the coast in south direction over the sea to the coastline northbound clear view.

Marina di Magomadas is a kl. Coastal town, an old church of the fishermen and some houses, adjacent to Porto Alabe towards Bosa approximately 25 year old villa, which is maintained and serviced due to the absolute sea periodically, perched right on the cliffs, about 20 m above the sea! The lined by Mediterranean scrub and ornamental shrubs terrain with access road and parking spaces offers incredible views of the sea, the coast, the port of Bosa and the coastal mountains in the distance. To the Capo Maragiu north of Bosa offers the rocky coast excellent diving, south of Bosa Marina are beautiful sandy beaches embedded in the cliffs: beach of Turas and Porto Alabe, 7 km south of Bosa, 4 km south of Bosa Marina as a panoramic, Villenort hillside graded directly on the coast.
The environment south of Bosa and Porto Alabe are hills with vineyards (particularly famous tasteful Malvasia), olive groves, fertile garden landscapes with amazing greenery and Mediterranean vegetation.

Wonderful place!
For the price paid, I expected something more in terms of the condition of the equipment and order, but it is also true that we were in high season. Anyway, the view, the place, and the organization of the agency that rented us the house were stunning, and to Carlo, the owner, very kind and helpful, I send a warm greeting and a goodbye.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung
The holiday apartment is beautifully situated on the rock with a fantastic view of the sea. Unforgettable sunsets make time stand still. The terrace is very cozy for eating and grilling as well as for sunbathing. The living space is cozy, with plenty of space, everything is there. Definitely recommended for relaxing holidays.

The house on the cliff
Truly magical place, terrace overlooking the sea, breezy, fresh, quiet, the sound of the waves providing the soundtrack. Simply a place for total relaxation and tranquility. The house facilities are good, the local reference person is super kind and helpful. Recommended for families with children. Breathtaking sunsets.

Fantastic holidays in a fantastic location
There were two of us in the holiday flat and we had an excellent time. The flat is in a fantastic location. The large terrace allows for beautiful evenings with sunsets like I have never experienced before. The available equipment was also top. The only drawback: there was no air conditioning. That's why it can get hot in the flat in high summer. But otherwise absolutely recommendable.
