Attico Panoramico Bougainville is the apartment on the first floor of a villa with 3 apartments. It is accessible via a lateral external staircase that leads to a terrace with super panorama: sea view to Capo Caccia, further views of the coast to the south ...
Next to it is a well-kept hillside garden with fruit trees, vines, Araucaria, palm trees and cacti, which merges into the Mediterranean maquis of the mountain; mountain side is another terrace. The apartment has a bright living-dining room. With FP, sofa and TV, kitchenette with kitchen block of beautiful wooden furniture, fridge / freezer and gas stove with oven. The south-facing terrace with super panorama to Bosa Marina is the absolute highlight of the apartment, ideal for warm and romantic summer nights. 2 bedrooms and bathroom (with shower) complete the offer. The decor is fresh, good and plentiful.
A washing machine that can be used by the 3 apartments is available on request.

In the best panoramic position on a mature garden plot (beautiful Mediterranean ornamental plants, jasmine, Bougainville ...) there is the imposing and well maintained villa Bougainville with 3 independent apartments. To the sea and the sandy beach of Porto Alabe, which is completed in the south of a small peninsula with Küstenwachturm, leads to about 400 m, altitude 30 m. We were given numbers 5 and 9 as the address. After finding out before departure that no one would receive us, I was told upon inquiry that it is number 5. We arrived in the dark and the door to number 5 was locked. At the adjacent gate, we found a note with the name of the apartment. But the door behind the entrance was also closed. Fortunately, I found a couple in the apartment below who knew the Attico Bougainville from a previous stay. The supposedly locked gate was just jammed terribly. If I am a stranger, I do not pull on doors just to check if they are locked or jammed. Through a brightly lit corridor, we went to the garden stairs. (The back door is also jammed). There is only a weak light there and you go up the stairs almost in the dark, where the shape and direction of the steps change several times. We didn't get used to it until we left. Only at the very top, just before the landing, does a second lamp come on. The entrance door has 2 wings, but who opens the standing wing? Passage about 50 cm wide. The bench in the kitchen collapsed under me, the chairs wobble. The next day the light in the kitchen broke. There were no dishcloths or dish soap in the kitchen. No sugar, salt, oil, vinegar, coffee. All essential things that I have found in every vacation rental so far. There may be 100 coffee cups in all shapes and colors, but no proper kitchen utensils. A long knife that doesn't cut anything and a peeler that is also useless. But there are plenty of pots and pans. The bathroom is very small and the toilet flush is incredibly loud. The view from the balcony to the sea and towards the sunset and the fly screens are nice. The road to the apartment is steep and you need good condition. We experienced the landlord as unfriendly, contact only via email. We never saw him. Never again.

der Hausbesitzer bedauert, daß die Gäste nicht in jeder Beziehung restlos zufrieden waren. Viele der privaten Hausbesitzer sind berufstätig oder auswärts beschäftigt, oft hat sich hier die Möglichkeit des self-check-ins bewährt, der zudem den Vorteil bietet, daß eine Anreise rund um die Uhr möglich ist. Der Hausbesitzer betont, daß bisher kein Gast damit Schwierigkeiten hatte und da die Wohnung ja ein Attico ist, sind logischerweise auch einige Treppenstufen zu überwinden. Die Küchenausstattung entspricht italienischem Standart, sollte etwas gefehlt haben oder nicht ausreichend nutzbar gewesen sein, so ersetzt der Hausbesitzer es gerne jederzeit.
