A bright living area with comfortable seating (sofa, 2 armchairs) invites you to relax. SmartTV-FullHD flat screen, telephone, WLAN, Blu-Ray player, HiFi system are of course also available.
If you like to cook, this is child's play in the fully equipped kitchen. The adjoining dining area is a cosy place to dine.
The two bedrooms also have TVs.
The daylight bathroom is equipped with a barrier-free shower, mirror, vanity mirror, hairdryer, first-aid kit and radio.
The holiday flat is fully equipped with floor heating, smoke detectors, external blinds and fly screens. Own parking space in front of the house.

Restaurants, bakery and shopping facilities are in the immediate vicinity.
The indoor wave pool (Ocean Wave experience and wellness bath), a large playground in the spa park, the bad-weather playhouse for children with candle making, the mini-golf course and of course the seal breeding station are not far away and more than worth a visit. A day trip to the islands of Norderney or Juist is also highly recommended. Or you can take a bike tour to the fishing village of Greetsiel. Norddeich has been a state-recognised North Sea spa since 1997 and in 2010 it received the highest tourist recognition level "North Sea spa". The climate can be a significant healing factor for certain illnesses.

Great! Every year again!
Dear Fernholz-Eden family, our 5th vacation is coming to an end and the 6th is already booked! The renovation is wonderfully done, incredibly warm and cozy. We feel at home with you, not like in a vacation rental! The amenities are more than generous, and every year we are delighted with the guest gift. Your rental service ensures top cleanliness, which also enhances the feeling of well-being. It is also important to emphasize your prompt contact when reporting a problem: in the first year, it was a faulty roller blind that Mr. Eden promptly repaired, this year we just wanted to inform you that one of the wheels is not working: and again you came promptly and took care of it! If you ever find yourself in the Ahr Valley, we will treat you to a coffee! And speaking of which: the beach chair is fantastic!

Wohlfühloase
We felt comfortable in this cozy, clean apartment from the first moment and can absolutely recommend it. The garden is especially beautiful, and the children enjoyed the play equipment. We will definitely come back.
