The living/dining area offers enough space as well as a well-equipped fitted kitchen. Harmoniously coordinated colour choices, such as the red couch and the red chair cushions and set underlay for the dining group, round off the overall picture. A flat-screen TV with DVD player and DVD movies await you in the cosy seating area. A radio with i-Pod docking station entertains you during your cooking passion
At the kitchenette with dishwasher, cooker with ceramic hob and oven, fridge with ice compartment, extractor bonnet, Senseo, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, blender and electric grill you can conjure up the most beautiful dishes. With the Senseo and waffle iron, a cosy afternoon with coffee and waffles is possible.
Late at night, the bedroom awaits its tired occupants. It contains a double bed without footboard (1.80 m x 2.00 m) with Paradies brand barrel pocket spring mattresses, a spacious wardrobe and chest of drawers
In the children's room there are 2 single beds with cold foam mattresses, a wardrobe and two chests of drawers. One of the beds contains a functional bed with slatted frame and cold foam mattress, which can be pulled out underneath. In the children's room, board games and Lego as well as a TV with DVD player are waiting for their use.
Thanks to floor heating in the bathroom, you won't get cold feet. There is also a shower, WC and towel warmer.
There is also floor heating in the kitchen, hallway and living room.
For the little ones, there is also a cot and high chair.
You will find a cosy spot on the balcony, which is furnished with rattan garden furniture
The flat also has a parking space and a trolley.

Due to the direct coastal location, you can swim in the North Sea, go to the islands of Norderney and Juist, experience an unforgettable mudflat hike, learn to surf, kite, ride a Segway, sail or simply relax on the flat-sloping beach.
You can let yourself be pampered by the extensive spa and wellness offers.
The whole family can have fun in the "Ocean Wave" adventure pool in Norddeich. The seawater pool has waves, a giant slide and separate children's pools for the children, while there is a large sauna area with an adjoining wellness area and various relaxation areas for the adults.
Right next to the Ocean Wave is the beautiful wave park with the children's playhouse, the seal breeding station, the adventure golf course, the maze and a large adventure playground with excavators, raft, climbing boats, swings and Segway station,
Of course, you can also stroll through the beautiful souvenir shops in Norddeich and then stop off at one of the lovely cafes or restaurants in the village.
Of course, the surrounding area also invites you to go for long walks or bike rides, where you can let the fresh sea air blow around your nose.
The surrounding towns and villages are also worth a visit. For example, Norden with its pedestrian zone, the Ludgeri Church and its numerous museums, or the dreamy fishing village of Greetsiel with its beautiful harbour or the beautiful castle park in Lütetsburg.

Very beautiful holiday apartment!!!
We booked the apartment as a family with 3 children and had a very nice holiday there. The service was very good right from the start. We always received quick answers to our questions and our requests were taken into account (2 baby cots).
The large children's room on the upper floor has 2 beds, one of which has an additional pull-out sleeping option. We also booked 2 baby cots, which we received without any problems.
The room also offers some boxes of toys, which brought a lot of fun to our children.
Overall, the apartment is very well equipped and clean!
The location is also perfect for trips to the beach or the seal station.
We will definitely not be the last time here and can only recommend the apartment!

Very nice clean flat
We felt very comfortable... it was very clean.... the flat is lovingly and comfortably furnished toys for children available, social games and puzzles were available
The kitchen is well equipped... and everything else too....
Everything was really good....
We like to come back
