Description

Welcome to the Berlin countryside! The holiday home "Villa am Lenné-Park", built in May 2015, awaits you!

The holiday home includes a 40sqm solar-heated outdoor pool (season May to October) for your exclusive use.

Between the holiday home and the pool is a large lawn with loungers, ideal for sunbathing.

The property is large, enough space for leisure activities. In the evening, the terrace invites you to a cosy barbecue afternoon or evening outdoors.

Location and surroundings of object

The holiday home is located in the middle of a quiet single-family home settlement. You will only be woken up by the chirping of birds. The beautifully landscaped Lenné Park invites you to take a morning walk about 500 metres from the house.

The holiday home is ideal for getting to know the German capital. It is easy and quick to reach by car, but also by regional train from the station in Blumberg, which is about two kilometres away.

Our tip: From Ahrensfelde station, which is about 10 minutes away, the S-Bahn S7 runs every 10 minutes to the centre of Berlin.

In about 30 minutes you can reach all the important sights of the federal capital.


The village
The holiday home is located in the district of Blumberg in the municipality of Ahrensfelde, north-east of the Berlin city border. The motorway exit Berlin-Hohenschönhausen of the motorway 10 (Berliner Ring) is located in the village.

The centre of Blumberg was lovingly renovated in the 1990s. There is a flower shop, a hotel with restaurant, schools and a kindergarten. In the neighbouring village, about 3 km away, there is a bathing lake. In the commercial area of the village there is a supermarket, DIY store, another hotel, petrol stations and a fast food restaurant. If you arrive on Sunday, the nearest open supermarket is at Berlin-Lichtenberg station, about 18km away.

In the north-east of Berlin, the regional park Barnimer Feldmark adjoins the outskirts of the city
Villages, estates and manor houses, lovingly restored churches and fieldstone buildings, small lakes, wide fields with field oleanders and old avenues are essential details that characterise the special charm of this landscape.

Electricity and water costs according to consumption, firewood for a fee.

In the summer season, the circulation pump of the pool runs during the day and in winter/transitional periods, depending on the weather, additional heating costs in the form of higher electricity consumption (air-heat pump in combination with underfloor heating) are payable. However, due to the high energy efficiency of the house (very good insulation), these are moderate.

Cancellation costs after booking confirmation: Free of charge. Less than seven days before arrival: 30% of the booking price.

Arrival from 3 pm, stay on departure day until 11 am possible.

Bed linen incl. 1 towel for a fee of € 10 per bed

Sauna house for a fee 3 hours a 20€ = 60€

Cancellation terms:

A cancellation must be made in writing by email to the landlord. The deposit of 30% of the total price paid at the time of booking is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. If the cancellation is made at least 8 weeks before the planned check-in date, the deposit will be refunded. For a new booking, the deposit from the previous canceled booking will be credited.

Great house

We were very satisfied with our stay in this beautiful house and place. The location is perfect for exploring Berlin as the train station is only a 15-minute drive away to then take the S-Bahn to Berlin and its sights. Right nearby is a Rewe and DM, just 3-4 minutes away by car. The house is in a very nice and quiet location. Inside the house, you feel very comfortable and really have everything you need. Furthermore, the whole house as well as the outdoor area are very well maintained. The garden is very beautiful and invites you to linger, even in the rain you can sit there as a part is covered. We all slept great. The landlady is very friendly and very open to conversation. They live directly in the neighboring house, which I think is great because if anything had happened, someone would have been on-site immediately. For the price, a great and comfortable house. We would definitely recommend it. For the next stay in Berlin, we would rent this house again.

Really a 5* villa

In a top-equipped holiday home, with a heated pool and large garden, we had a few wonderful days. Very friendly reception by Mrs. Schöning. It is quietly located, you can grill (smoker) and enjoy life in the heated large pool. There is plenty of space in the house. The terrace is large and covered. Everything is very nice.

Highly recommended

Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and shown around the house. Everything is tastefully decorated, tidy, and clean. The garden is also well-maintained. The landlady and her sister are very friendly and accommodating. The house is located in a quiet area. Thanks to its good connections, one can explore the surrounding area, whether by train to Berlin or by car. The pool was a big hit with our children. Since this one is heated, it can also be used in cloudy weather.

All in all, a very nice vacation where nothing was missing.
