The holiday home includes a 40sqm solar-heated outdoor pool (season May to October) for your exclusive use.
Between the holiday home and the pool is a large lawn with loungers, ideal for sunbathing.
The property is large, enough space for leisure activities. In the evening, the terrace invites you to a cosy barbecue afternoon or evening outdoors.

The holiday home is located in the middle of a quiet single-family home settlement. You will only be woken up by the chirping of birds. The beautifully landscaped Lenné Park invites you to take a morning walk about 500 metres from the house.
The holiday home is ideal for getting to know the German capital. It is easy and quick to reach by car, but also by regional train from the station in Blumberg, which is about two kilometres away.
Our tip: From Ahrensfelde station, which is about 10 minutes away, the S-Bahn S7 runs every 10 minutes to the centre of Berlin.
In about 30 minutes you can reach all the important sights of the federal capital.
The village
The holiday home is located in the district of Blumberg in the municipality of Ahrensfelde, north-east of the Berlin city border. The motorway exit Berlin-Hohenschönhausen of the motorway 10 (Berliner Ring) is located in the village.
The centre of Blumberg was lovingly renovated in the 1990s. There is a flower shop, a hotel with restaurant, schools and a kindergarten. In the neighbouring village, about 3 km away, there is a bathing lake. In the commercial area of the village there is a supermarket, DIY store, another hotel, petrol stations and a fast food restaurant. If you arrive on Sunday, the nearest open supermarket is at Berlin-Lichtenberg station, about 18km away.

In the north-east of Berlin, the regional park Barnimer Feldmark adjoins the outskirts of the city
Villages, estates and manor houses, lovingly restored churches and fieldstone buildings, small lakes, wide fields with field oleanders and old avenues are essential details that characterise the special charm of this landscape.

Cancellation terms:
A cancellation must be made in writing by email to the landlord. The deposit of 30% of the total price paid at the time of booking is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. If the cancellation is made at least 8 weeks before the planned check-in date, the deposit will be refunded. For a new booking, the deposit from the previous canceled booking will be credited.

Hello
We had 7 overnight stays in the villa.
Grandma, Grandpa, son, and his two daughters.
The house was very clean, not worn out, modernly furnished, and had (which is not always normal) very good Wi-Fi.
What can be important for a grandpa with two granddaughters.
For me, the kitchen equipment is always important.
Here is a brief assessment.
Refrigerator sufficient.
Freezer compartment is enough for a lot of ice.
Stove, microwave, and dishwasher modern.
In the outdoor area, you will find cozy seats and loungers. In the pool, we always had 29 degrees.
The children and the son made ample use of it.
Grandma and Grandpa too.
Regarding the costs, although we were charged about double the local rates for water and electricity, we did not pay 40 euros per night and bed.
However, we brought our own bed linens and towels.
We really enjoyed this vacation.
I cannot agree with the reviews from Britta and Helena because we did not experience any of the mentioned deficiencies. Although I do not visit a vacation spot a second time, I will deviate from that. Especially with children, I can only recommend this villa because of the pool. One can also stay in the cabin and sober up.

Great holiday home in a quiet location
We spent a week as four in the well-equipped holiday home with a beautiful garden and covered terrace, where you can sit comfortably outside. The pool with cover had a wonderful water temperature of 30 degrees. The surroundings invite for bike tours and Berlin is easily reachable by S-Bahn from Ahrensfelde. There is a large supermarket nearby. The contact with the landlord was very pleasant. Everything was perfect, we will definitely come back.

Beautiful holiday home
The holiday home is quietly located, in greenery, with a very beautiful garden and pool. The furnishings are of high quality, everything is very clean, and the landlady is really nice. We felt very comfortable. The children could play in the garden. The covered terrace is large enough for 8 people. The house is super suitable for a small family gathering. There is a large supermarket nearby. We liked it very much. We will definitely come back.

Great house
We were very satisfied with our stay in this beautiful house and place. The location is perfect for exploring Berlin as the train station is only a 15-minute drive away to then take the S-Bahn to Berlin and its sights. Right nearby is a Rewe and DM, just 3-4 minutes away by car. The house is in a very nice and quiet location. Inside the house, you feel very comfortable and really have everything you need. Furthermore, the whole house as well as the outdoor area are very well maintained. The garden is very beautiful and invites you to linger, even in the rain you can sit there as a part is covered. We all slept great. The landlady is very friendly and very open to conversation. They live directly in the neighboring house, which I think is great because if anything had happened, someone would have been on-site immediately. For the price, a great and comfortable house. We would definitely recommend it. For the next stay in Berlin, we would rent this house again.

Really a 5* villa
In a top-equipped holiday home, with a heated pool and large garden, we had a few wonderful days. Very friendly reception by Mrs. Schöning. It is quietly located, you can grill (smoker) and enjoy life in the heated large pool. There is plenty of space in the house. The terrace is large and covered. Everything is very nice.

Oma, Opa, Sohn und seine zwei Töchter.
Das Haus war sehr sauber, nicht verwohnt, modern eingerichtet und hatte (was nicht immer normal ist) sehr gutes WLAN.
Was, für einen Opa mit zwei Enkeltöchter, wichtig sein kann.
Für mich ist immer die Küchenausstattung wichtig.
Hier eine kurze Einschätzung.
Kühlschrank ausreichend.
TK-Fach reicht für viel Eis.
Herde, Microwelle und Geschirrspüler modern.
Im Außenbereich findet man gemütliche Sitze und Liegen.
Im Pool hatten wir immer 29 Grad.
Die Kinder und der Sohn haben davon reichlich gebrauch gemacht.
Oma und Opa auch.
Hinsichtlich der Kosten hatten wir, obwohl für Wasser und Strom ungefähr das Doppelte der ortsüblichen Gebühren verlangt wurden, keine 40 Euro pro Nacht und Bett.
Allerdings hatten wir Bettwäsche und Handtücher mit.
Wir haben diesen Urlaub sehr genossen.
Den Bewertungen von Britta und Helena kann ich nicht zustimmen, weil wir von den dort angesprochenen Mängeln nichts gespürt haben.
Obwohl ich nicht einen Urlaubsort ein zweites mal aufsuche, werde ich davon abweichen.
Besonders mit Kindern kann ich, aufgrund des Pools, diese Villa nur empfehlen.
Da kann man auch mal in der Hütte bleiben und ausnüchtern.
Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig, alles ist sehr sauber, die Vermieterin total nett.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl geführt. Die Kinder konnten im Garten spielen.
Die überdachte Terrasse ist groß genug für 8 Personen.
Für ein kleines Familientreffen ist das Haus super gut geeignet. Gleich in der Nähe ist ein großer Supermarkt. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.
Für den Preis ein tolles und komfortables Haus.
Wir würden es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.
Für den nächsten Aufenthalt in Berlin würden wir genau wieder dieses Haus Mieten.

Der Pool hat es unseren Kindern sehr angetan. Da dieser beheizt ist , kann er auch bei trüben Wetter genutz werden.
Alles in allem ein sehr schöner Urlaub in dem nichts fehlte.
Meine Frau und ich waren mit unseren beiden Töchtern und meiner Schwiegermutter Gäste über ein verlängertes Wochenende.
Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gepflegt und hat unseren Vorstellungen voll entsprochen.
Wir hatten den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und können hier unsere besten Empfehlungen aussprechen.
Jeder Zeit gerne wieder.
Kaution bekommt man nicht zurück, Strompreise vollkommen überzogen.
Besuch darf man angeblich nur für 2 Stunden haben, ansonsten muss man pro Person extra zahlen, obwohl man die Miete für das Haus zahlt und nicht pro Person.
Meine Schwester mit Familie kam mich besuchen, um 22:00 Uhr klopfte die Vermieterin und sagte mir, dass meine Gäste jetzt gehen müssen, oder ich soll sie dazu buchen.
Seitdem habe ich mich dort nicht mehr wohl gefühlt.
Vermieterin wohnt direkt nebenan, steht hinter dem Zaun,belauscht Gespräche und kontrolliert alles.
Bei Abreise wollte die Vermieterin noch extra Geld von mir haben, weil sie meine Schwester mit Familie mit 60€ berechnet hat. Ich sagte ihr, dass ich dies meinem Anwalt übergeben werde.
Sie verwies mich auf die AGB's.
Da steht nichts. Ich wollte etwas schriftliches, sie weigerte sich, mir was zu schreiben, vertröstete mich auf e-mail.
Also habe ich die Quittung mitgenommen, um was in der Hand zu haben. Sie wollte mir die Quittung abnehmen. Ich bin in mein Auto geflüchtet, um die Quittung in Sicherheit zu bringen. Sie riss meine Autotür auf und wurde handgreiflich.
Alles sehr sauber gepflegt.
