The villa is located in a quiet residential area named Les Esterets du Lac; a few minutes to the lake Lac de Saint Cassien.
The site offers a pizzeria with a bar a small supermarket with bakery. You can reach on foot in 2 minutes.
The property is a perfect starting point to explore the French Riviera and the Provence and offers absolute rest and relaxation at its own private swimming pool. There are no direct neighbors and the large property protects from prying eyes. The azure sea of the French Riviera and the stunning bay of Cannes are only about 15 minutes away by car. In a few minutes walk from the freshwater lake Lac de Saint Cassien which starts immediately behind our village and with its hiking trails, boat rentals and small restaurants offering a further, contrasting alternative to bustling beach and city life.
The main village Montauroux is away from us is about 10 minutes by car and probably to most tourists unknown. That here personalities like fashion designer Dior bought a magnificent estate, speaks for itself.
From our neighbourhood Les Esterets du Lac you can reach the vibrant center of Cannes, Nice, Antibes and St. Raphael in just a few minutes. In about 1 hour you can reach the fashionable Saint-Tropez in the south and the north Monaco. We are centrally located to all the hot spots of the French Riviera.

Dream vacation in France
We had a wonderful time in this holiday home! The location is idyllic, surrounded by beautiful nature, and yet shops and attractions are easily accessible. The house itself is very tastefully furnished, with great attention to detail, and provides everything you need for a relaxing stay.
The absolute highlight was the dreamlike pool – clean, spacious, and perfect for relaxing. Whether it's a refreshing swim in the morning or a glass of wine by the pool in the evening - simply fantastic! The hosts were warm and always helpful, without being intrusive.
We will definitely come back and can recommend this vacation home to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in France. Thank you very much for this unforgettable time!

Paradise on the Côte d'Azur
When you enjoy the breathtaking view or the sunset in the pool with a glass of rosé, you feel like you're in paradise. The spacious grounds offer play opportunities not only for children. The lake is quickly reachable on foot and offers plenty of variety. The bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as the kitchen and living-dining room, are well equipped. We felt very comfortable and would book it again and again.

Super holiday, pure relaxation!
The house has far exceeded our expectations. It is very practical and furnished with love. We spent most of our time in and around the wonderful pool, but also did some of the recommended day trips
