Description
This comfortably and tastefully furnished 3-room holiday apartment on the 1st floor for up to 4 people is recommended for a successful (spa) holiday.
The apartment features a living room with a high-quality genuine leather sofa set, a kitchenette with a 4-zone ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, extractor hood, dishes and cutlery, basic cooking equipment (pots and pans), coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and egg cooker. One of the two bedrooms is furnished with a double bed and the other bedroom with two single beds.
Two TV sets (cable connection), as well as a DVD player and balcony furniture are available.

The daylight bathroom (shower/WC) with window is equipped with a towel radiator and a hairdryer.
The apartment is fully tiled.
You can park your car in an underground parking space reserved for the holiday apartment with the number 3. The clearance height to the underground garage is 2 m. The driveway is slightly sloped.
You can store your bicycles in the bicycle cellar in the building.
A washing machine and tumble dryer equipped with coin-operated machines are located in the communal cellar.
There is currently a construction site on Nordstraße opposite the Duhner Brise building. Therefore, there may be occasional noise and dust disturbances.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday apartment is located in a holiday complex built in Frisian style in 2001, on a quiet side street in the center of Duhnen with no through traffic.
The well-kept sandy beach and the Wadden Sea, as well as the beach promenade, can be reached in about 2 minutes on foot.
You can also reach the ahoi! in just a few minutes. - Adventure pool, the thalasso center, spa and wellness facilities, pharmacy, spa doctor, financial institution, various shopping opportunities and restaurants, but at the same time you live close to the beautiful Wadden Sea National Park, which was declared a World Natural Heritage Site in 2009.
In the center of Duhnen there is a playground and a mini-golf course. Excursions by mudflat carriage to the island of Neuwerk are among the most popular holiday activities. Boat trips with the catamaran or also with the ship (with tendering) to Helgoland are a special experience, as are boat tours to the seal banks, to Neuwerk, or also harbor tours.
We recommend that you book, especially during the high season, trips with the Wattwagen to the island of Neuwerk early, possibly even before your arrival.

| Arrival and departure should preferably take place on Saturdays. If this is not possible, especially during the high season, holidays, and over public holidays, consecutive bookings to existing bookings (before or after) are desired. Booking gaps can only be booked in their entirety. We reserve the right to check whether the desired travel period fits the existing occupancy. For short bookings of less than 5 nights, we reserve the right to apply different prices! Bed linen and towels must be brought or can be rented. A linen package consists of one set of bed linen, one hand towel, and one bath towel. One linen package is required per person. The prices include consumption and additional costs as well as 2.75% accommodation tax and exclude the guest contribution (depending on the season) between 3.20 - 4.00 EUR per person per night. Children under 16 years are exempt from the guest contribution. No consumption-based additional costs apply. The WLAN is a voluntary additional service.
