Our luxurious non-smoking holiday flat (new construction 2013) in the spa town of Cuxhaven-Duhnen offers you a unique holiday experience for up to 4 people on two levels with 3 rooms and 74 m² of living space. The flat has underfloor heating and is completely tiled (partly in wood look).
Bedroom
The two bedrooms (1 double bed / 2 single beds that can be pushed together, each at a comfortable height) are located in the basement and are each fully equipped with flat-screen TV, CD radio or DAB radio alarm clock, blackout option, insect screens, chests of drawers and silent servants. There is a WC next to the bedrooms.
Living area
In the cosy living area on the ground floor there is a high-quality sofa set and an attractive dining area for 4 people. In the media area you will find LED TV (satellite), a DVD player, a DAB stereo system (with Bluetooth) and an internet connection (W-LAN). The floor-to-ceiling windows with terrace access are equipped with electric shutters.
Kitchen
The spacious and fully equipped Angle kitchen offers, in addition to a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and separate freezer compartment and practical kitchen utensils, enough space for your groceries - so that even a longer stay remains comfortable!
The bathroom
The bathroom has a corner glass shower, a WC, a double washbasin with plenty of storage space
The WC in the basement also offers further storage options around the small design washbasin.
Outdoor area/terrace
The large, furnished terrace with south-west orientation invites you to linger in comfort.
Service
A lift in the house allows you a pleasant stay - whether with a walker or a pram. For your safety, the door intercom is equipped with video, the bicycle shed is lockable and there is a storage room for the pram in the communal cellar. A staircase safety device for the flat stairs can be installed if required. In addition, a washing machine and a dryer are available free of charge in the laundry room. The fixed parking space for the flat is located directly at the house. In the season, a beach chair on the beach of Duhn and a trolley are available free of charge. A children's high chair is also available.

As the name suggests, the Duhnenperle is located in the Cuxhaven resort district of "Duhnen", the district with the best holiday infrastructure: small supermarkets, several bakeries, ice cream parlours, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors, souvenir shops, pretty boutiques and much more - all available and some open seven days a week during the season. Everything is within easy reach of the Duhnenperle: the nearest bakery, which incidentally also offers breakfast, is just 120 metres away and there are markets for your daily needs at the so-called Dorfplatz, just 300 metres away.
The distance to the beach is just 250 metres.
The AHOI! pool is a great family and adventure pool with an adjoining wellness and sauna area (Thalasso therapy centre) and is located in the immediate vicinity: regardless of whether you have visited the swimming pool, the sauna, the spa area or the fitness centre here: in any case, you will be back in your holiday flat in a good five minutes afterwards! Duhnen is known and loved for its great sandy beach and the sheer endless Wadden Sea. It is one of the most popular holiday destinations on the German North Sea, beautifully situated on the Elbe-Weser triangle and thus an ideal starting point for a wide variety of leisure activities and undertakings. With its beautifully designed beach promenade, its lively village centre with a variety of shopping opportunities (also on Sundays), the large adventure pool AHOI! with fun pool, wave pool, spa centre and Sauanpark, many pretty boutiques and its diverse cafés and restaurants, Cuxhaven-Duhnen offers countless opportunities for individual holiday planning.

| As our rental prices are calculated for 6 nights or more, a short-booking surcharge of EUR 75,- may be levied on the property price for less than 6 nights, depending on the season. Please note that the price calculator unfortunately only calculates the prices without the short stay surcharge. The rental price includes bed linen, towels plus up to 3 times 2 hours daily admission to the AHOI! pool and in the season (May - September) a beach chair on the Duhn beach. Optionally, the following services can be booked for a fee at the agency: - Baby travel cot (EUR 15,- once per stay) Other costs - Guest tax (visitor's tax): the guest tax levied by the town of Cuxhaven for adults over 16 years of age amounts to EUR 3,20/night in the high season and EUR 2.20/night in the low season. In addition, an overnight tax of 2.75% on the property price has been levied by the city of Cuxhaven since 2018. |
