The house is called in France Villa. It is located on the comune Grambois lm Vaucluse. The Vaucluse is one of the most beautiful department of Provence. The house is in a quiet position on a slope, 700 meters from the village of Grambois, close with large trees at the forest. It is built in Bunglowstil and has approx 100 sqm living space with 3 bedrooms, bathroom with window, 2 bathrooms, large lounge with kitchen and a large balcony with stunning panoramic views over the Luberon. The house is situated in a quiet location and is comfortably furnished for a pleasant holiday season.

Location and surroundings of object
The villa is surrounded by mature trees built on the hillside. Very sunny and everywhere magnificent views of the valley and the Luberon. From here you can take long walks and hikes in the Luberon. By car to get quickly into the small quintessentially Provençal villages with their typical markets or to the nearby lavender fields. For gourmets, there are very good restaurants with stunning local color. Approximately 5 km from the house is a natural lake of Lac de la Bonde. The sea is about 80 km away and Aix en Provence is in Ca 15 minutes away by car.
Our village Grambois is very old and was founded by a German baron in 1100 There is a bar, a gourmet restaurant, bakeries and a famous wine cellar. The village has about 1000 inhabitants and served often as a natural backdrop for films based on novels by Pagnol.

Dreamlike holiday home
For the second year in a row, we as a family of four have spent two wonderful vacation weeks in this uniquely beautiful house in Grambois and are simply happy about it. It leaves nothing to be desired in terms of comfort and location and enchants visitors with its stylish and cozy Provençal atmosphere. Even in the hot summer, one is well taken care of there despite high outside temperatures at any time of the day and finds either in cool rooms inside the house or on the cozy spacious terraces around the house in the shade of the pines peace and relaxation. The wonderful view of the Luberon provides a dreamy backdrop. We filled our holiday program with daily excursions to the surrounding villages, often combined with visits to markets or village festivals, but also with several concert evenings and hiking activities. We also regularly enjoyed visiting the nearby swimming lake Lac de la Bonde.
We can highly recommend the house and sincerely thank Mr. Nagel for the good handling and organization.

Simply wonderful: les Broquière
100% recommendation: for the good telephone and written advice, for the remote controlled organisation, for the very pleasant and comfortably furnished bungalow with a highly personal touch, the great garden with lots of seating and lounging furniture and with everything the heart of a "foreign guest" would need and desire for a relaxing time out! Great sunsets in the front row.... etc.... As they say in Berlin: SAME SPIT!!! Thank you, dear owners!

flaming sunsets, clear starry sky and restful night's sleep
Very friendly phone greeting, introduction, and support by the landlord.
The house is centrally located for excursions in the Lubéron Regional Park area.
It offers every comfort in all living areas.
From the conservatory, you have a great view of the surroundings and the southern flank of Lubéron.
A "must" for all Les Broquire guests is lunch at the country inn "Chez Gasquet"; a truly culinary and social experience, lasting about 3-4 hours!
The most delicious baguette and Pain Integral can be found at the bakery up in the village with the super nice baker.
The most attractive and easily accessible supermarket for us was the "Hyper-U" in Pertuis.
And let's not forget the 4 sunny or shady seating areas outside!
We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back!

Very beautiful holiday house
Tastefully and lovingly furnished house in the middle of greenery with beautiful seating areas inside and outside. The dining area in the conservatory allows for sitting quasi outdoors even in gloomy weather. Wonderful distant view. Beautiful planting.
Well-equipped kitchen. Nicely designed bathroom with walk-in shower.
Ideal for 2 to 4 people, but it could be tight with 5 people.
The poor condition of the driveway can be difficult for low cars.

comfortable house in a wonderful location
We can highly recommend this house for a holiday stay in Provence. It is comfortable and beautifully furnished in a fantastic location with great long-distance views. The colorful markets and good restaurants of the nearby villages are easily accessible. In the stunning landscape, you can enjoy beautiful hikes or indulge in the culture (music events, exhibitions, old villages...). Aix en Provence is not far away. We will come again!
