At an altitude of 870 m, only a few minutes away from the large Alpsee lake
we are located in the middle of the holiday region Alpsee-Grünten with a wide range of leisure and excursion possibilities. Our house is the ideal starting point for mountain and bike tours, wonderful hikes, skiing and many other activities - in summer and winter.
Sporty, culturally interested or simply "ready for the island"? Look for and find the right kind of relaxation and recreation here!
You can hike directly from our house (870 m altitude), in the midst of pure and healthy mountain air, surrounded by meadows and forests and an incredible view of the Allgäu mountains. At the end of your tour, we recommend stopping in Akams at the cosy inn "Zum Lustigen Hirsch" with Allgäuer delicacies.
In just a few minutes you can reach the large Alpsee lake, which offers numerous water sports opportunities. The Niedersonthofener See lake and the Inselsee lake with its water-skiing facilities are also not far away. Nature lovers can let themselves be enchanted here. Active holidaymakers will find an extensive network of hiking trails as well as challenges of a special kind in the high ropes course and the Allgäu also has a lot to offer for those interested in culture,

Great clean holiday apartment
I felt very comfortable in the beautiful and well-equipped vacation apartment. The dreamy weather rounded off this holiday well. The apartment is top-equipped and very clean. The location of the apartment is also very good. You can quickly reach the large Alpsee by car, which invites you to swim. A successful short holiday.

Small but fine
A cozy, small, and very clean holiday apartment that stands out especially in the morning with a sunny breakfast balcony and in the evening with a sunny spot on a hammock swing. Quiet, clean, cozy. Highly recommended.

Recreational holiday
A really great little flat. It was very clean and the apartment was very well equipped. Ideal for 2 people and 2 small mongrel dogs. Furthermore, the flat is in a fantastically beautiful location. Once there, you felt directly connected to nature. Nevertheless, the flat is very centrally located to reach the towns of Immenstadt, Sonthofen, Oberstdorf and Füssen well below one hour.
Mrs Sabine Schmid was a very good hostess. From contact to departure, Mrs. Sabine Schmidt was very reliable and friendly. The daily bread roll service was great and also always on time. You should definitely visit the funny stag (Akams/ within walking distance) once
visit once.
My wife and I can highly recommend the accommodation.

Very good
I found the holiday apartment very good and ideal for 1-2 people. I was there with my dog and the apartment has a wonderful location! You can start walking directly and the apartment itself is great equipped and very clean. The hostess Mrs. Schmid is a very cheerful lady and I would love to come back!
