A house built in the Allgäu style in a quiet location of Akams near Immenstadt with a large garden and great panoramic views of the Oberstdorf mountains and into the Illertal valley to Burgberg and Sonthofen await you for a relaxing holiday with a wellness touch.
The 4 comfortably furnished holiday flats, partly in Allgäu style, partly bright and modern with terrace and garden, guarantee pure well-being. The 1036 sqm garden with flowers and roses will make your holiday seem like paradise.
Two holiday flats are suitable for 2-4 people and have a bedroom with double bed, a living room with pull-out couch and separate kitchen with cosy dining area. From your living room you have access to the terrace and the wonderful. The kitchen is new with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, fridge. New bathrooms.
Two holiday flats with 1.5 rooms are suitable for 1-3 persons. These holiday flats are bright and newly furnished and have a cosy dining area, a new bathroom and kitchen. They are equipped with a large balcony. The kitchen has a 2-plate cooker, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator.
All holiday flats are equipped with flat screen TV with Smart-TV, SAT-TV, WLAN and telephone.
The large garden with pool, garden furniture, barbecue and sunbeds are of course available. Wellness facilities include a fitness room in the winter garden, a Finnish sauna and a solarium. A Jacuzzi hot whirlpool can be booked in winter on request.
Well-being massages are offered in the house.

The Allgäu-Walser Card offers you many discounts on mountain railways, museums and leisure facilities.
The Alpsee mountain world with the longest toboggan run in Germany is approx. 6 km away. The attractive holiday resort of Immenstadt with many cultural facilities and shopping opportunities is 6 km away. The large and small Alpsee lakes with leisure facilities, heated outdoor pools, water skiing facilities and the Hauser lido are also only 4 km away.
Tours by mountain bike are also possible directly from the house or rides by motorbike on roads with little traffic.
Excursions: Neuschwanstein Castle, Hohenschwangau, Nebelhorn, Fellhorn, Kleinwalsertal, Riezlern and surroundings, Thannheimertal, Oberstdorf, Kempten, Lake Constance, Oberstaufen, Niedersonthofener See, Bergstätte, Hauchenberg, Sulzberg, Isny,Wellness: Aquarius in Oberstaufen, Wonnemar in Sonthofen, Kristalltherme in Oberstdorf, Reiki, cosmetics and massages in Immenstadt.
In winter:
The Diepolzer cross-country skiing paradise with 80 km of groomed cross-country and skating trails is only a stone's throw away. The nearest alpine ski and snowboard slopes are at Mittag and Alpsee Skizirkus (approx. 4 km), and the larger ski areas such as Ofterschwang, Nebelhorn, Fellhorn and Kleinwalsertal are also within easy reach. Snowshoe hikes are offered in Immenstadt, ice skating, ice skating and curling are possible at the large Alpsee. Or how about a toboggan ride from 1400 m down into the valley? The entire holiday resort of Akams is situated at 853 m with great views of the Oberstdorf mountains, the Mittag, the Grünten and the wide village you will find a rustic inn with Allgäu delicacies and a small village shop.
For children, there is a large children's playground right next door and a farm with horses, cows, donkeys, goats and cats.
Many hiking trails lead directly from the house to the surrounding area - to the Bergstätt area, to the large Alpsee lake and to many mountain pastures. The summit of our house mountain, the "Hochholder", can be reached in about 20 minutes and offers a magnificent view. Around Akams there are several places with very good restaurants - all a short hike or a short drive away.

Breakfast rolls and drinks are available in the house. A cot can be provided. Games for young and old are also available. Next to the house is a beautiful children's playground.
In the house you will find brochures and borrowable hiking maps and books. We are an Allgäu-Walser sales station. This means that all programmes for reductions on admissions and mountain railways can be booked directly with us.

Not for your rest!
Accommodation is okay. Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The owners came to drink on the terrace with our neighbors almost daily. They also had two aggressive dogs that terrorized the other dogs. Despite us keeping our dogs indoors as much as possible, which was obviously not the intention, they were still bitten. There were construction and road works happening around the accommodation. We will never return here!

Just feel comfortable and relax during your holidays. All flats have been newly renovated and equipped with new bathrooms, mattresses and slatted frames. We love dogs and for this reason dogs are very welcome and stay for free. The Allgäu is also very dog-friendly and we have many tips for you and your four-legged friends.
