The semi-detached house on a slope offers space for 6 people. A total of 6 sleeping places are available in 2 bedrooms with double beds and spacious wardrobes, as well as 2 single beds in the converted attic, which is accessible via a space-saving staircase (therefore not suitable for children under 5 years), are available. The daylight bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bathtub, and washbasin. In the basement is the living/dining area with a cozy tiled stove, comfortable sitting/dining nook, and TV armchair. TV, radio, and internet connection are available. From there you can access the sun terrace and the garden, where you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening. Garden furniture and a grill are provided. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove and oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment. All dishes are available in sufficient quantity. In addition, there is always a basic supply of food (coffee, various teas, sugar, flour, spices, etc.) available, which can be used and, if used up, simply needs to be replaced. Dish soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper, and paper towels are also provided upon arrival. Washing machine, ironing board, and iron are also available.
A ski room is available at the house for skis or supplies. You can park directly in front of the house.

Our semi-detached house Alpkönig I, built in the Allgäu style, with an open plot and no fence, is located on the Sonnnhalde in Missen and—as the name suggests—the sun shines here from early until late.
We offer you a cozy holiday home on a hillside with ample space over 3 floors and very good amenities. For your children, there is plenty of space in the garden as well as on two playgrounds within easy walking distance. The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with no through traffic. You can buy everyday necessities just a few minutes’ walk away in the village center at the local shop and the bakery. A large brewery restaurant "Schäffler-Bräu", the "Schalender", as well as an Italian restaurant "La Mamma" invite you to enjoy fine cuisine. You can start hikes directly from the house. Other well-known excursion destinations are easily accessible in all directions. The ideal starting point, then, for wonderful hikes and tours in the sunny Allgäu.

Visitor’s tax: Per overnight stay, the municipality of Missen charges a visitor’s tax of €2.20 for ages 16 and up and €1.20 for children between 6 and 15 years.
Dog fee: For dogs brought along by prior arrangement, an additional dog fee of €5.00 per day will be charged.
Winter flat rate: During the period from September 1 to March 30. In April we charge a winter flat rate of €45.
Water, electricity, heating, waste disposal and internet usage are already included in the stated seasonal prices, except for the period in which the winter flat rate is charged.
