Flat FLUT in the attic: In this flat you will find 1 living-dining room with access to the large panoramic balcony, 1 kitchen, 1 shower-bathroom, 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 bedroom with single beds.

The light-flooded flat is comfortably furnished so that you can feel at home from the first day of your holiday. SAT-TV, music system, CD radio, books and board games are available for your entertainment. The balcony is furnished with table and chairs.

The kitchen is equipped with sufficient crockery, cooking utensils and the necessary small electrical appliances (coffee machine, coffee pad machine, toaster, kettle, egg boiler, hand mixer, raclette and fondue machine)
On request, we can provide a cot and high chair for you.

Cancellation terms:

In the event of a cancellation, the tenant must pay 90% of the agreed rental price (excluding final cleaning, extra services, and guest fee) if re-renting in the same period is not possible. If the property is rented out to another party, only a processing fee of 40 euros will be charged. Therefore, the landlords recommend obtaining trip cancellation or interruption insurance in a timely manner. Should the rental of this apartment be prohibited during the selected travel period due to a governmental general ban on accommodation (epidemic/pandemic), a cancellation will be made free of charge.

Ideal location, central, shopping opportunities (Netto and souvenir shops, restaurants) in direct or close proximity. Very clean, everything available that one needs in a vacation apartment. Short-term booking and processing was immediately possible, very friendly contact with the landlord. Would love to come again!

If you like Ikea, you will love this apartment.

Don't be deceived by the pictures. They seem to be from 2015 when the apartment was renovated. By now, the furniture is very worn out and partially damaged. Repairs seem to have been done improperly, with sockets almost coming out of the wall, curtain rods barely holding, and walls indenting by approximately 2cm. Cleaning, if done at all, was only very superficial. In the kitchen, everything had a subtly sticky film, but at least there were rags, washing-up liquid, and a dish towel. Cutlery should be brought along just in case. As can be seen from various other reviews, this is not checked, and like in our case, a piece or two may be missing.

The balcony should be enjoyed cautiously, especially when arriving with a dog or young children. At the exit, a part of the cladding is missing, where a small foot can quickly disappear. If you have a problem with mold or heavily contaminated silicone joints, you should better avoid taking showers. This has also been criticized in previous reviews by other guests.

I could continue the list for a while. However, the most important points should be mentioned.

Bezüglich des angeblich abgewohnten Mobiliars möchten wir anmerken, dass lediglich ein Schlafzimmer mit Bett und Schrank sowie eine Kommode vom schwedischen Möbelhaus stammen. Insbesondere Couch, Tisch und Stühle wurden in den vergangenen zwei Jahren ausgetauscht. Hier und an anderer Stelle sind Ihre Einschätzungen unzutreffend.
Gerne geben wir Ihre Rückmeldung wegen unvollständigem Besteck an unsere Ferienhausbetreuung weiter, damit hier unverzüglich Abhilfe geschaffen wird.

Accommodating host

Mehr Sauberkeit erwartet

Expected more based on the good reviews, overall quite worn out, the shower was simply disgusting (old, stained, unclean). The windows in the living room and the mirror in the bathroom were dirty, a pillow in the kids' room was also stained. Our pillows already had covers on them, so we didn't see them and didn't want to look at them without covers. There were crumbs from the previous guests in the fridge. Overall, not a very comfortable feeling on vacation, which we have never experienced in previous holiday rentals. The shower didn't drain well, but the manager was very friendly and took care of it immediately.

Already over...

A stress-free and beautiful family vacation in the apartment Flut passed by way too quickly. We were able to use the large balcony with a grill well, and it was still pleasantly warm in the evenings. The beach in Harlesiel is okay, but our children found Schillig even more beautiful. Definitely not our last vacation in this region.

Apartment in a good location

We spent our post-corona time at the Flut holiday apartment. Fortunately, we were allowed to travel there again. Familienurlaub in Caro

We love coming to Caro again and again. We enjoyed the Flut holiday apartment on the top floor. We were lucky with the weather, hardly any rain and lots of sunshine at pleasant temperatures. We rented good bikes for several days at the bike rental and visited the coastal towns. The festival at the harbor and the wine festival at the Cliner Quelle were very nice.

Durchwachsenes Wetter

We were able to spend our summer vacation in Carolinensiel. The beautiful coastal town offers a lot of variety and nice festivals in the museum harbor, where traditions are celebrated and holiday guests are welcome. The apartment and the balcony are lovely, everything was clean. Unfortunately, the TV reception was repeatedly disrupted in windy weather, so we had the opportunity to read a good book.

Holiday in the FeWo Flut

It was a very nice holiday in the apartment. Very good possibility to store the bicycles. The balcony was quite large and very suitable for breakfast or just to sit on but unfortunately we could only use it on the last 3 days as it was closed for repair for the first days. Finally, one small thing: the shower head including hose and shower head holder could do with a renewal, as the shower head no longer holds in the holder. Nevertheless, I can recommend the apartment without further ado.

Holiday in the vacation home Flut is a pleasure all around!

We felt very comfortable in the cozy holiday apartment Flut! Although it is so centrally located, we were very surprised by the peace and quiet. Having breakfast on the balcony or crocheting on the super comfortable sofa - what more do you need for a successful vacation. The harbor is within walking distance, and you can quickly reach the sea by car (provided it's there too)! The on-site service and every contact with the owner are very good. I can only recommend this holiday apartment!!!

A great holiday apartment in a prime location - highly recommended.

We spent two weeks on holiday in and around Carolinensiel in this beautiful and highly recommended holiday apartment. The apartment is centrally located, the city is within walking distance in a few minutes and the beach and harbor are also not far away. It is also positive that a netto discount supermarket is located nearby :-)

A successful vacation all around

We really liked the holiday apartment EBBE. It is located very centrally, yet quiet. I will definitely recommend it. Although we are not North Sea vacationers, we would definitely come back to Carolinensiel and preferably stay in the EBBE apartment again.
