We are a German-speaking host family and are pleased to welcome you to our house.
Since 2015, we have been renting out our holiday apartments, which are located in our lovingly and laboriously built home. We live in the house as well, have our own entrance, and are always available to you both before and during your stay, discreetly and unobtrusively.

* 4 holiday apartments in one house. (Each holiday apartment has a separate listing here on Ferienhausmiete.de)
* All apartments with 2 bedrooms each and their own terrace. (up to max. Stock
* Communal laundry room (1 free wash per week; otherwise for a fee of 8 EUR/per wash)
* Table tennis table
* Konoba with table football (by arrangement with the owner)
LOCATION
* Residential area 250m from the main road; therefore very quiet in terms of traffic
* 2 minutes by car from the beach, see link:
* 5 minutes by car from the city center of Pula and Fazana; also from shopping facilities (LIDL, KAUFLAND etc.) )
* Bakery 300m away (7:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. every day)

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday homes are located between the city of Pula and the fishing village of Fazana. Everything can be reached within 5 minutes by car and yet the location is very quiet and 200m from the main road.
The picturesque town of Fazana invites you to delicious dinners with a sea view. After this, you can stroll along the coast and enjoy the evening sea air. The city of Pula invites you to various summer events and all kinds of entertainment options. A trip to the Brijuni National Park is highly recommended, as its unique natural beauty will delight you.

Living Dream in Fažana
We as a family can really only recommend this accommodation. The whole house is very clean and has everything you need for a holiday. The pool, the barbecue area does not come across in the pictures as very very beautiful on site. Regarding the hosts, we can say always helpful, very friendly and everything more than very good. Unfortunately, we could only spend 3 nights there and will definitely come back.

Perfect holiday
It was our first time here and we felt right at home.
The reception was very warm and we had a tour of the grounds, which we really enjoyed. The pool area and the barbecue area are really nice.
If you can't relax and enjoy yourself here, it's your own fault.
Then we went to our flat
It is very clean and equipped with air conditioning. In addition, there is a ceiling fan that provides "freshness".
For us, there were four of us, it was sufficient and nice.
On the small balcony, which was only for us ;) we enjoyed the evenings and watched the sunset
All in all, a very nice stay, not least because the landlords are very nice and humorous.
We will definitely be back!

Family atmosphere
We were at Villa Sanus for the 2nd time, anytime again.
There is a familiar atmosphere, every day someone from the family comes and asks if everything is okay, you get good tips for beaches or restaurants.
We feel very comfortable there.
Very lovely people with big hearts ❤️
