Always happy to do it again

We were there for the second time this year and can only recommend it.
The apartment is well equipped and very clean and well maintained. The outdoor area with pool, barbecue area and terrace is also in top shape and clean.
Another plus point is the friendly and helpful landlords who speak very good German.
The location also convinced us, in the immediate vicinity you can find everything you need. Shopping facilities (Lidl, Kaufland, bakery, ...), various beaches, excursions, restaurants, ...
All in all, always happy to come back ?!

Top vacation with very nice hosts

The arrival was a bit bumpy, as we were already at the vacation rental at 1pm! Admission only from 3pm, but the young host Aljoscha was still so kind and granted us access to the apartment beforehand! The whole family is just incredibly kind and always helpful. They always give tips for exploring or for a good restaurant. The facility and the apartment are very well-maintained and everything is super clean. The father, Faruk, is already busy sweeping or cleaning with the water jet every morning from 7 o'clock. The pool and seating areas are also great, the loungers are comfortable and there are plenty of them. Personally, it was a pleasure for me to talk to the family, whether it was about politics or olive oil. The sip in the cellar bar is a delight ?All in all, a very nice vacation and definitely deserves 5 stars!!!

Absolutely beautiful!

We were warmly welcomed! Everything was super clean and well-maintained. The apartment had everything one needs for a relaxing holiday. The whole Sales family is truly unique, helpful, and caring. It couldn't have been more hospitable. We felt very, very comfortable there and returned home rejuvenated. That was definitely not our last holiday there, and we are already looking forward to the next reunion :-)

Great accommodation, wonderful hosts.

We felt comfortable. Nothing was missing: the facilities were very good, the pool area wonderful, and the Sales family is very, very nice and always helpful. We chatted together every day and learned a lot about the area. The beach, shops, and hustle and bustle were 5 minutes away by car. We had bikes with us and were even more mobile. We will definitely come back!

Beautiful unforgettable holiday

If Istria again, then definitely with the Sanus family. We also felt very comfortable. If you place great value on cleanliness, this is the perfect place. We missed the microwave a few times for quickly heating up the food, but of course, you can also use a pot or pan. Otherwise, everything was to our full satisfaction. Our children loved the pool so much that they didn't want to go to the sea anymore. The barbecue area is spacious, inviting, and very cozy. The landlords are very diligent, nice, and accommodating. Thank you very much for the lovely stay!

A beautiful holiday!

We visited in July with our two children and we all really enjoyed it! Particularly noteworthy, and personally very important to us, is the cleanliness of the apartment and the entire complex. The landlords live in the house and assist with everything from management to repairs. It was very pleasant to always have a contact person on site who was ready to help us with advice and action. We had very nice conversations with the family and were really sad to have to leave.
The location of the apartment was ideal for us. Everything is easy and quick to reach from here, and the pool was sufficiently large and well maintained.
We will definitely come back!

Absolutely recommendable! Beautiful, and above all, very different beaches nearby for every taste (if you have a car), the apartments are very well-equipped, the pool is large and very well-maintained. Superschöne Anlage

Out of our 10-day Croatia vacation, it turned into 12 days in the end, and that says it all. We felt very comfortable with the Saleš family, the apartments are very well equipped. Especially admirable was the cleanliness of the entire area both indoors and outdoors. The Saleš family is a very nice, friendly, German-speaking host family that I can highly recommend. Had very often great conversations with the head of the family and received really good tips about entertainment/sights and more.

We had another 2 very pleasant weeks. Everything is easy to reach (city trips, shopping, and the beach). The entire residential complex is well-maintained. The landlords are super friendly and provide good tips for organizing the holiday.

We had a great holiday in Croatia with six of us. Among other things, this was due to the two super apartments! The apartments were well-equipped, spacious, and above all very clean! Vacation with the Sales family

Hello to the entire Sales family,

we had a wonderful 13-day stay in Croatia at the house of the Sales company, we can only recommend the house, everything is as shown in the pictures, all clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend the bakery around the corner, super tasty and cheap, bread for under a euro and the pizzeria, pizza from the stone oven and suckling pig simply great, a must. The beach is also nearby. The house has a great location, shopping is not far away, Pula is a 10-minute drive, and the city of Rovinj (little Venice) is a must-see, only 30 minutes by car. We can highly recommend the house, the company Sales is simply super nice, a big hello to the dad. We would love to come back, best regards from Rostock, Fa. Groß.

The Sales family was very warm and friendly, the complex is very clean and quiet, the pool always clean and just great!
The children also felt very comfortable.
You feel welcome and very comfortable in this accommodation.
Beautiful beaches in the area and the beach 3 minutes away by car is clean and well equipped.
Pula and Fazana are always worth a visit!
Shopping facilities - Lidl, Kaufland, Plodine in the near vicinity.

It can hardly get any better...!

What can one say, the landlords (who speak perfect German) are surely some of the nicest and friendliest people we have met in Croatia. And this even though everyone was always very nice ;) We felt very well taken care of, they always helped, were always there but never intrusive. Always a nice conversation and support when needed. Since my wife was already heavily pregnant, it was really important to feel so well looked after and safe. Everyone in the family would have jumped up at night and taken us to the hospital if needed. Very helpful and nice.
The location is a bit off the main road, so it is very quiet, but some very beautiful beaches are accessible by car via this main road (a few minutes. . .), not on foot. However, it was always clear and absolutely fine for us. The apartment is well-maintained and should be treated with care, which was obvious to us. Despite having two children, it is not a problem if something breaks, as long as there are no deliberate destructions. Absolutely no issues. The family is always endeavoring to improve it together and keep everything in order. I can only recommend it to anyone who wants to take a vacation in a nice atmosphere, without a sea view and direct beach location. Some beaches are rather commercially developed, but there are also insider tips from the landlord where it is very quiet. However, all beaches are clean and the water is clear. As usual in Croatia. Of course, there is no shortage of sights (amphitheaters, etc.), old towns, and culture. Perfect 5 stars +, thank you!

The beach is beautiful with small bars for a quick bite and delicious cocktails in the evening. The house is very neat and well-maintained in a quiet location, perfect for relaxing. Very nice holiday

Very, very nice landlord, speaks very good German, was very helpful with all questions regarding beaches, going out, and food and could also provide precise information about accessibility, etc. The apartment was in top condition, the furnishings mostly new, and everything was extremely clean. Hot plates, refrigerator including freezer compartment are available and fully functional, the only criticism would be the absence of a stove. A huge plus is the huge terrace on the first floor with table and chairs, I think anyone who can't appreciate that is missing out. Communication between guest and landlord works perfectly smoothly thanks to the lack of a language barrier. There is a parking space on the property for cars. Would definitely do it again.
