Podere Eduardo has 2 houses, Pinella and Rosetta, which were the rural character of this estate restored appropriately and attractively decorated. The house Pinella is for 2-5 persons and has in the first floor at ground level because of the slope 2 inputs, among them Magazine.
Rosetta is a spacious house with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for max. 10 people. The apartment is on 3 floors and has a living room, from which one is a gallery in 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Another Twin are in the ground floor with access from the vault room. In the tower, in the past with two heavy round stones of wine was pressed, there is also a large bathroom with shower. This space is largely preserved in its original structure. So are the walls and floor made of natural stone, the chestnut wood ceiling.
The plot with pine and cypress trees, flowering bushes and flowers has different levels with some high walls of natural stone. In a corner of the garden there, surrounded by bushes and trees, a beautiful swimming pool with 5 meters in diameter. In the shadow of the trees you will find atmospheric squares with fascinating views of the impressive surroundings. On a hearth can grill or in the evening enjoy the atmosphere around the campfire.

Podere Eduardo is a very old former estate with a tower in a great hillside northeast of Spoleto, near the place Cerreto di Spoleto. It is located in Valnerina National Park, amidst a scenic, wooded countryside northeast of Spoleto, away from noise and stress in the most beautiful part of Umbria, where there is still much to discover. It was built with a tower as a kind of stronghold widely visible on a mountain slope in Bugianpiccolo near the village of Buggiano.
The nearest grocery store and bar is located in Buggiano, it is easily reached on foot. In Cerreto di Spoleto or Borgo Cerreto there are numerous shops, a supermarket, restaurants, cafes and 2 banks and a laundry. The journey takes 10-15 minutes to Spoleto about half an hour. The Rome airport is two and a half hours away.
