Your holiday home is located in the south-eastern Harz Mountains, about 7 km from the shopping facilities of the district town of Sangerhausen, in the heart of Germany. The quiet location on the edge of the forest by the lake invites you to take a refreshing dip in the natural swimming pool in summer. Here we keep sunbeds on the sunny shore ready for you free of charge. In winter, you can go ice skating or cross-country skiing. For hikers and mountain bikers we have maps and information material ready. Anglers are welcome at the lake and can obtain a permit from us. Tourist highlights in the immediate vicinity (Europa Rosarium Sangerhausen (largest collection of roses in the world), historic European town of Stolberg, Joseph's Cross near Stolberg (largest iron double cross in the world), Tilleda Royal Palatinate, Bad Frankenhausen Panorama Painting (largest painting in the world), Heimkehle (largest karst cave in Germany), Barbarossa Cave, Rübeländer Dripstone Caves, Pullman City western town, Wippra summer toboggan run, Lutherstadt Eisleben (Martin Luther's birthplace and death house, Luther's pulpit), Hexentanzplatz, Quedlinburg, ErlebnisZentrum Bergbau "Röhrigschacht Wettelrode") only a few minutes away. The holiday flat is located above our forest café, with its own confectioner. Opening hours are 11 a.m. - 7 p.m. (closed on Mondays and Tuesdays)

Everything surpassed
We had a great week with a warm welcome and great service all week. Here the guest is still king. We can only recommend the food! The flat is at least as beautiful as in the pictures. Everything has been thought of in the furnishings and there is a lot of attention to detail. Very brightly furnished and above all clean! We didn't notice anything of the restaurant hustle and bustle in the flat. Since we didn't discover everything in one week, we booked again for next year.

Short holiday
A really very nice holiday flat. Modernly furnished, also in terms of technical equipment. This flat is perfect for staying in. A delicious supply, which is located on the ground floor invites you to leave the cooker cold sometimes. The possibility to enjoy a tasty meal in the flat itself after a day's excursion makes the holiday even more relaxing. The staff were always very accommodating and friendly towards us. We noticed very little of the hustle and bustle in the flat. The surroundings seemed quiet, secluded and at the same time exciting and adventurous - switching off and enjoying is how we personally feel.

Relaxing short holiday
We felt very comfortable and welcome in Haus Seeperle. The flat is perfectly equipped, nothing is missing. The location, directly on the artificial pond, with a large terrace, is wonderful. The Trojovsky family gave us lots of tips for exploring the area. A must is the homemade poppy seed cake :-) We will be happy to come back again!

Super short vacation
We cannot report anything negative about our vacation rental. We had everything we needed. It is advantageous that there is a café below where you can get everything from breakfast to dinner without having to cook yourself. The apartment was very clean and modernly furnished. We can only express our recommendation.
