WELCOME to Paradise!
Even from the first minute, you will enjoy the Florida Feeling - the community FALLING WATERS - is and remains the number ONE in the judgment of our guests.
Centrally located in FALLING WATERS is our condominium on a lake, surrounded by greenery and palm trees.
In front of the apartment you park your car under the carport - it is reserved for you. Just steps away from our apartment is the attraction of the community, a very large, great landscaped, heated swimming pool (11,000 square feet of water) with a Palm Island. It is about 200 feet in diameter at its widest side of the second largest pool of Florida. Many amenities are offered: Hammocks, shady palm trees and shelters, toilets, showers, lifeguard / pool attendant, club house (5,000 sqft, air conditioning, shared kitchen, dance floor), library. In addition to the swimming pool, two tennis hard court courts are of course free of charge. Although it is not necessary - Naples is safe: FALLING WATERS is 24 h 'Security Gated'. As a tenant, you will receive a barcode stickers for your car. You can use it to pass the Gate freely at any day or night. In addition, FALLING WATERS is surrounded by several golf courses. Due to its central location it is not far to the center of NAPLES (with the famous 5th Avenue) or the numerous shopping centers. By car it is only about 10 minutes drive to the beach (Gulf of Mexico).
The apartment has TWO balconies, in opposite direction. If one having sun, the other one has shade, or vice versa - it is ideal - you can't get it better.
The apartment and the kitchen is equipped in "upscale American Standard". Everything is there:
4-ring hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, fridge, freezer, ice maker. Three TV (cable) and DVD player.
Two bedrooms, each with bath. In the utility room you will find washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, and beach stuff: parasol, beds, chairs, cooler bag.

5 Minutes to the Interstate. 45 Minutes to FORT MYERS airport. 30 Minutes mother nature - the EVERGLADES.
