Short description:
The holiday home "Seesterne" is located near the sea/sandy beach and the *nature reserve. The holiday home is situated in a quiet location on the south side, in a child-friendly area, close to a playground.
The holiday home is fully furnished. From the entrance, you enter the cloakroom with access to the bathroom with shower/toilet and the separate kitchen, as well as the cozy living room. From the kitchen, a staircase leads to the attic. In the vacation home, we have an anteroom with a single bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds in the attic. The two rooms are separated by a connecting door. A (baby) travel cot can also be provided free of charge. We rent only to 1-3 adults or 2 adults with 1 older child and/or 1 baby. There are 2 terraces; inside there is a small garden with a picnic table, with benches and blankets for it, where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast in the morning when the weather is nice.
This rear terrace is screened off, with access from both the kitchen and through a side entrance.
There is a possibility to grill on the property.
In front of the house there is another bench, on the sunny side, where you can relax with a view of the adjoining lawn. Parking is available. You can park your car near the house.
Parking in Egmond aan Zee is operated via a license plate registration system.
We will cover the parking costs for you in zones C+D in Egmond aan Zee, usually €2.30 per hour, daily from March to the end of October and from November to March, paid parking on Saturdays and Sundays only.
You can also rent bicycles from a rental shop located *300 meters away.
From the holiday home, it is approximately a 250 meter walk to the beach. 5 minutes to the sandy beach and the town center with shops and coffee terraces.
The entrance to the North Holland Dune Reserve is almost at the doorstep. Here, there are optimal cycling and hiking opportunities!
Detailed description:
The living room is furnished with a 3-seater sofa and armchair, dining table with chairs and a sideboard, and a cabinet where you can find games and information about Egmond aan Zee and the surrounding area. In addition to a flat-screen TV with cable connection and DVD, you can also use free WIFI / WLAN, with very good range!
A toddler chair can be used free of charge if needed.
A separate kitchen is fully equipped. Cooking is electric (without an oven).
For those who are comfortable or for quick reheating, there is a microwave. To start the day well, there is a coffee pad machine or a coffee machine available. Of course, there is a refrigerator with freezer compartment, pans, pots, toaster, cutlery, and dishes. A gas boiler provides hot water and the holiday home has central heating.
In the holiday home, in the attic, there is an anteroom with a single bed and a bedroom with 2 single beds. The two rooms are separated by a connecting door.
A (baby) travel cot is also possibly available for free. The front room has 1 single bed, 80 x 200 cm, with a washbasin, and the other room has 2 single beds, 90 x 200 cm.
On the 2 single beds, there is a 2-person topper on top.

Bed linen and towels can be brought by you or obtained from us for a fee.

The municipality of Bergen consists of 6 villages: Egmond aan Zee, Egmond aan de Hoef, Egmond Binnen, Bergen, Schoorl and Groet. Egmond aan Zee is the most famous place of Egmonds originated about 1000 years ago as a fishing town, as in the townscape still clearly visible. Time out in the Netherlands
We had a nice week. We rode our bikes for the first three days. The other days we just stayed at the beach because it was so hot. Egmond is very beautiful. The vacation apartment was also good. There is a steep staircase leading to the sleeping area, but you quickly get used to it. You could hold on well to the sides. Because it was so warm, we asked the landlord for a fan and got it right away, which was very nice. The landlords are very nice, you can ask anything and get good tips. Bicycles could also be parked there.

Fast alle Ferienhäuser in Egmond verfügen über solche Treppen, in vielen von ihnen lassen sich die Treppen sogar herausnehmen.
Wir haben die freistehende Treppe durch eine fest installierte ersetzt, aber was sie sagen,
man gewöhnt sich schnell daran.

Great little holiday cottage for vacation in Egmond
A sweet little holiday home, typically Dutch and practically furnished with love. The kitchen has everything you need for the vacation.
The stairs are a bit adventurous, not suitable for older people and small children.
Everything is very clean and well-maintained, the owners take good care of the little house. We were super satisfied and everything worked perfectly. We would love to come back! ☺️

Beautiful summer cottage
We spent two beautiful weeks in the small holiday cottage as a group of three (2 adults, 1 teenager).
Everything was as described and well-equipped, very clean, the landlords are very nice, helpful, and live directly in the main house.
The location is great, you can quickly walk to the dune area, the beach, and the town center. One could have made even more excursions from there, but the place already offered a lot: beautiful beaches, fresh air, markets, concerts, hiking trails, exhibitions, restaurants, shops... (just no public restrooms)
There are also quite good bus connections to the larger cities.

sweet little house to feel good
We spent 14 days of wonderful vacation in the holiday house "Seesterne" and were absolutely thrilled :-)
A great, clean and beautifully furnished house with everything you need.
The location is central but still quiet (and Egmond itself is always worth a trip!)
The landlords are very nice and helpful.
We can and would like to highly recommend this accommodation with 5 stars or more.

Die Treppe ist etwas abenteuerlich, nicht für ältere Menschen und Kleinkinder geeignet.
Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Besitzer kümmern sich gut um das Häuschen.
Wir waren super zufrieden und es hat alles perfekt geklappt. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder! ☺️
Es war alles wie beschrieben und gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber, die Vermieter sind sehr nett, hilfsbereit und wohnen direkt im Haupthaus.
Die Lage ist prima, man ist relativ schnell zu Fuß im Dünengebiet, am Strand und im Ortskern.
Man hätte von dort aus noch mehr Ausflüge machen können, aber der Ort bot schon Vieles: schöne Strände, frische Luft, Märkte, Konzerte, Wanderwege, Ausstellungen, Lokale, Läden,... (nur keine öffentlichen Toiletten)
Es gibt auch ganz gute Busverbindungen in die größeren Städte.

ein tolles,sauberes und sehr schön eingerichtetes Haus mit allem was man braucht.
Die Lage ist zentral aber trotzdem ruhig (und Egmond selbst ist eh immer eine Reise wert! )
Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit
Wir können und möchten diese Unterkunft wärmstens und mit 5 und mehr Sternen weiterempfehlen
Alles ist sehr klein und fein abgestimmt und doch lässt es keine Wünsche offen.
Der Wohnbereich lädt zum gemütlichen Zusammensein ein und bietet genug Platz zum essen, lesen und auch chillen.
Infomaterial zur Umgebung und Aktivitäten vor Ort liegen zahlreich bereit. TV und WLAN einwandfrei.
Die kleine Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und hat alles was man zur Selbstversorgung braucht.
Im oberen Teil befindet sich das Schlafzimmer, ebenfalls klein aber trotzdem fein.
Wir haben hier sehr gut geschlafen und wurden jeden Morgen von fröhlichem Vogelgezwitscher geweckt.
Das Badezimmer, also Dusche und WC ist minimalistisch aber sauber und das ist alles was zählt.
Vor dem Haus steht eine Sitzbank für 2 Personen mit Tisch, hier lässt es sich prima sitzen und die frische Luft genießen.
Auf der Terrasse hinterm dem Haus steht eine große Sitzgruppe mit Polstern und zeigt Deko die der Umgebung gerecht wird ... Sommer Sonne Sand und Meer.
Die Lage ist perfekt.
Zu den Dünen ist es ein Katzensprung, zum Ortskern mit netten Geschäften und Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs 3 Minuten und auch zum Strand läuft man gerade Mal 5 Minuten.
Wir waren 2 Wochen hier und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Gerne kommen wir wieder und freuen uns schon jetzt auf unsere nächste Auszeit im wunderschönen Egmond aan Zee.

Das Ferienhaus war bei der Ankunft sehr sauber mit gemachten Betten (extra bestellt), und ganz wichtig für uns, ein superschnelles WIFI/WLAN im Haus!!
Wunderbar ruhige Lage neben dem Dünengebiet und auch nur wenige Gehminuten vom Strand und dem Zentrum entfernt.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!
Die Vermieter ist sehr freundlich! Wir haben uns bei bestem Wetter rundum wohlgefühlt.
Die Lage ist unglaublich toll, sehr ruhig gelegen!

Die Küche ist super, es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Auch das WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei. Die Betten sind ebenfalls sehr bequem.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbreit!
Wir haben von hier aus Alkmaar, Amsterdam, Haarlem und der Beverwijk Bazaar besucht und es war es eine wunderschöne Reise!

Die Wohnung "Seesterne" inkl. eine Terrasse fanden wir sauber und wie ansonsten beschrieben vor.
Parken auf *75 Meter beim Haus möglich und der Weg zur ersten Pommesbude sogar nur *250 Meter, will sagen optimale Lage.
Die Lage vom Haus hätte auch nicht besser sein können, keine Durchgangsstraße, Kinder könnten also sogar auf der Straße oder auf die angrenzende Rasenfläche spielen.
In wenigen Gehminuten ist man direkt am Sandstrand oder in den Dünen und erreicht die schöne Einkaufs- und Restaurantmeile ebenfalls sehr gut zu Fuß.
Flat Screen TV inklusive deutscher Programme, sehr gute WLAN Netz und DVD Spieler für vielleicht die regnerischen Abende, mehr kann man nicht verlangen. Eigene gemütliche Terrasse.
Gerne haben wir bei dem schönen Herbst Wetter in einem der vielen Straßencafés in der Sonne gesessen.
Ansonsten fahren 1/2 bis 1stündlich Busse nach Alkmaar und Castricum, wo es auch lohnt in Alkmaar, sich Einiges anzusehen.
Von Heiloo oder Castricum gelangt man aber auch – ganz ohne Parkplatzprobleme - per Bahn nach Amsterdam und Haarlem, z.B. für einen Tagesausflug.
Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt und planen weitere Aufenthalte.
Zur Begrüßung standen Pralinen auf dem Tisch und bei der Abfahrt haben wir eine selbstgepackte Süssigkeitentüte für unseren Sohn bekommen.Sehr nette Vermieter.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend, ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet,
gemütlich, sauber, warm und hat alles was man benötigt.
Fußweg ins herrliche Dünenreservat, eine Wanderung durch das Dünenreservat ( mit Dünenausweis) ist absolut zu empfehlen. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß sehr gut zu erreichen. Im Zentrum befindet sich ein Supermarkt mit völlig normalen Preisen, Drogerie, Restaurants uzw. Alles ist da, das Auto kann wirklich stehen bleiben. Egmond aan Zee hat viele gute Restaurants.
Für Leute, die wie wir nebenbei immernoch ein wenig mit dem Laptop arbeiten müssen sei noch gesagt, dass das W-Lan wirklich blitzschnell und sehr stabil ist.
Insgesamt haben wir fantastische 14 Tage in Egmond aan Zee erleben dürfen. Tolles Wetter krönte diesen Urlaub. Von der Vermieter sind wir sehr herzlich aufgenommen worden, vielen lieben Dank dafür - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen auf jedenfalls wieder.

Wir verbrachten einen schönen Urlaub in der Ferienwohnung, die alles das hatte, wie es beschrieben wurde. Spaziergänge, Fahrradfahren, Amsterdam, Alkmaar, alles kurz beieinander, so dass keine Langeweile aufkam.
Strand ist fantastisch. Super Spaziergänge mit leckerem Essen.
Lebensmittel gibt es im fünf Minuten entfernten.
Wir fühlten uns insgesamt richtig wohl !
Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und auch wir fühlten uns dort sehr wohl.
Sehr gute Lage, ruhig gelegen, ohne Auto konnte man alles bequem einkaufen.
Wir empfehlen diese Wohnung gerne weiter und werden unseren Urlaub selbst wieder dort einplanen.

Wir haben uns unglaublich wohl gefühlt und buchen auf jeden Fall wieder bei Ihnen,wenn wir nach Egmond aan Zee reisen.
Das Häuschen liegt sehr zentral, man ist schnell zu Fuß am Strand, im Naturschutzsgebiet und im Ort.
Eine sehr schnelle WIFI verbindung machte die Kommunikation mit Deutschland sehr einfach. Vermietern spricht gut deutsch und ist sehr nett, freundlich und aufmerksam.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, sauber und alles war in einem guten Zustand. Beim Ankunft standen frische Blumen auf dem Tisch.
Alles ist wie beschrieben, schön, gemütlich, geeignet zum entspannen und erholen.
Das Naturschutzgebiet fängt an um die Ecke, zum schönen Strand und zum Einkaufen ist es auch nicht weit. Ein Supermarkt und viele andere, schöne Läden sind gut fußläufig erreichbar.
Parkmöglichkeiten beim dem Haus und alles ist wie beschrieben, schön, gemütlich, geeignet zum entspannen und erholen.
Wir fühlten uns gut aufgehoben und wir können es mit guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen.
Die Vermieter wohnen gleich nebenan und sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Schön war für uns, dass wir ein Kinderbett und einen Hochstuhl zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen haben.
Ganz toll ist die Lage, in wenigen Minuten ist man auf der Einkaufsstraße und am Meer. Trotzdem ist es völlig ruhig, wir haben uns also sehr gut erholen können.
Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt weiter empfehlen.
Das Wohnzimmer und die Küche sind nett eingerichtet und hat alles, was man braucht.
Der große schöne Sandstrand von Egmond aan Zee ist sicherlich das Ausflugsziel Nummer Eins.
Die Ausstattung des Strandes ist erstklassig : Strandwache, Sanitäranlagen und natürlich auch ein Strandcafés machen den Aufenthalt zum Vergnügen.
Um die Ecke beginnt das wunderschöne Naturschutsgebiet durch die Sie wunderbar wandern, reiten, oder radeln können.
Es gibt in Egmond aan Zee sehr gute Restaurants und Cafés. Auch einkaufen können Sie in Egmond und Umgebung gut. Es gibt viele kleine Geschäfte und lange Ladenöffnungszeiten, oft auch am Sonntag.
Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und werden ganz sicher wieder kommen.
Alles in allem können wir dieses Häuschen nur empfehlen!!!
