Casale Il Poggetto consists of a villa for 14 people and has more diverse apartments like: Apartment Le Sughere (in the Villa), apartment for 6 people with large private outdoor area and pavilion.
Outside the kitchen, private garden with gazebo and tables is to eat outdoors.
The surrounding smaller houses can be rented separately, each of which has its Privacy !!!

Location and surroundings of object
There are 5 detached houses (Villa il Poggetto, Oleandri, Edera, I Pini and Le Sughere Whng, a part of the villa) and 1 further house the 2 apartments (Olivo 2 and Olivo 3 is provided) In addition to house the owner lives.
All houses and apartments have their privacy. Very nice area, very suitable for children, no hazards, large lawn with swimming pool. The houses are all under shady pine trees.
In House Le Sughere sleeps up to 6. Again, garden and place to eat outdoors. Ask for pictures.
Free WiFi by the pool.
The system is also very suitable for large families with friends.
From here you can visit the wonderful little villages as Montescudaio, Guardistallo or Casale Marittimo. Bolgherie the wine road to Castagneto Carducci, opportunity to visit many wineries where you can taste and purchase fine wines. Even San Gimignano, Volterra or Siena are easy to reach by car. The sea is just in 7km distance, you have a beach that extends from Cecina Mare up to Piombino !! There are free beaches and bathing establishments where you can rent chairs and umbrellas.
"Casale il Poggetto" is about 5 km south of Cecina surrounded by tall trees for shade in the middle of a beautiful park. Distributed throughout the park there are 5 different split houses are all independent of each other and each has its privacy.
It is a few minutes from the sea and the beautiful town of Cecina, few km from Pisa away

Flat in the olive grove
beautiful holiday flat with lots of space in a wonderful location on a romantic olive grove, only the really small TV and a missing toaster are to be complained about here. The dreamlike sunset over the sea is simply priceless.
Short way to SanVincenzo, comfortable connection to the hotel's own beach with all comforts and restaurant use.
....kurzum it was a fantastically beautiful week in Casa Franco and I can only recommend the accommodation....
recommend for: adventure and experience, holiday with children, cultural and sightseeing holiday, beach holiday

If you go to Tuscany you should make not only a beach holiday !! This would be a shame !! There are wonderful places to visit, the owner of this property is very friendly and will help you in finding a suitable beach. Location or restaurant.
