Description

Our comfortable holiday apartment Seemöwe (2 rooms, 56 sqm) in MöwenNest Scharbeutz is located on the 1st floor of a building with a total of ten apartments.

Our Seemöwe, furnished in radiant white, has a living room with west-facing loggia, hallway, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with shower and WC, as well as a separate guest WC.

In the living area, a long chair invites you to a cheerful conversation. With flat-screen TVs in the living room and bedroom, you are always up to date with the latest events – or can follow the excitement of Tatort on Sunday evening. You use our WLAN access to the Internet.

The living area is fitted with vinyl parquet flooring, kitchen, bathroom, and guest WC with high-quality porcelain stoneware tiles.

From the living area you reach the west-facing loggia – with sun from midday until sunset. You can relax comfortably in the cozy balcony furniture. Perhaps you would also like to take a seat at the table in the dining area and play a game again. We have some games ready for you.

The bedroom has a double bed (160*200) and a large sliding-door wardrobe with plenty of space for your holiday clothes. There is also a box spring bed (90*200) in the bedroom.

The bathroom has a spacious shower with a raindance shower head, a generous washbasin with hairdryer, and a toilet with electric ventilation. The modern fitted kitchen is fully equipped with branded built-in appliances, just like at home.

In the basement there is a laundry and drying room for quick washes in between. The washing machine operates with a €0.50 coin slot.

If needed, you can use our bicycles for your excursions in the area, as well as the aluminum scooter, the handcart, and our beach trolley.

Location and surroundings of object

The fine sandy beach is only 300m away - straight down the Neue Bergstraße. You can play sports on the modern scater course or mini-golf in the dunes - or find contemplation in the beach church

The dune mile around the pier forecourt with bakeries, boutiques, a variety of restaurants, a pharmacy, medical care and the spa park with its children's playground and entertainment facilities is directly adjacent to the beach. From the pier, you can take the excursion steamers along the coast in the Bay of Lübeck to Boltenhagen in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania

The shopping centre for daily needs (Aldi, REWE, Penny, Rossmann, Kaufhaus Stolz etc.) is only 700m away. The medical centre with dialysis centre is just around the corner. It is a 20-minute walk from the train station to the MöwenNest.

Our seasonal rental prices

Our seasonal rental prices apply for an occupancy of up to two adults

One child in a travel cot is free of charge. A changing mat, children's travel cot with bed linen, children's high chair, children's bicycle seat and a play mat are available free of charge on request.

For arrivals and departures on public holidays, we charge a surcharge of €50 each. During the festive weeks of Easter, Whitsun, Christmas and New Year's Eve, the seasonal rental price of the autumn season applies.

Only the tourism fee of the municipality of Scharbeutz is added to the seasonal rental prices.

We request a deposit of 20% of the MöwenNest services after receipt of the booking confirmation, the remaining amount four weeks before your arrival. If we do not receive the payments on time, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract without setting a deadline. You are then obliged to pay compensation for any lost rental income.

Our services

The agreed seasonal rental price includes all ancillary costs for heating, electricity, water and sewage as well as the house service.
We also provide: bed linen, bathrobe, slippers, one towel and one shower towel per adult person for each week as well as a bath mat, guest towel and tea towel.

In addition, you have free use of the room safe, the garage for your limousine (max. height 174cm), our MöwenNest bicycles and aluminium scooters as well as our WLAN and free calls to the German landline network

From mid-May to mid-September you can use one of our MöwenNest beach chairs free of charge at Korb am Meer beach access 23/24.

By bike, it's only a few minutes to Haffkrug and Sierksdorf - that's where HansaPark is - or to Timmendorfer Strand and Niendorf, about an hour to Travemünde - always along the beach and always with a view of the Baltic Sea. "The view doesn't bump into anything there," is what Schleswig-Holstein's honorary citizen Armin Müller-Stahl called it. On the way there, loosen up on the trim trail sponsored by the local Lions Club

At Niendorf harbour, by the way, you can get fresh fish directly from the fisherman in the morning - and a cool tapped Klüver's beer from Neustadt.

The holiday apartment is very, very beautiful!

The vacation apartment is very very nice! It is super equipped, the beds very comfortable and everything lovingly furnished! We were welcomed very nicely and everything was invitingly arranged! The distance to the city and the beach is unique! The beach basket and the beach chair as well as the bicycles are also great! A big thank you once again and thanks for immediately sending my forgotten jewelry box! We hope to come back!

You have also thought of everything (household items, crockery etc. in abundance, right down to the decoration). Everything with love for detail. We rode your great bikes to Sierksdorf and Timmendorfer Strand. We would have liked to stay longer but unfortunately a week is over quickly

A relaxing holiday in a very tasteful holiday flat

A very tastefully furnished holiday flat where nothing was missing. Very sufficient crockery and kitchen utensils. Very good mattresses!!! You could almost always use the swimming pool on your own. Unfortunately, the distance from the garage to the flat with luggage was a bit cumbersome, as there was no lift, but it was manageable. Very positive the presence and use of the very good, almost new bicycles
The landlords were extremely helpful and always there for you. We arrived two hours later than agreed due to traffic jams, but were still received very kindly by the landlord
We would have liked to say goodbye to the landlord personally on the day of departure, but unfortunately this was not possible. We will be happy to come back!

Five stars!!!

The certificate "DTV (Deutscher Tourismusverband) Classification, displayed in the hallway of Seemöwe says it all. Five *****. I can't say more about it, these auditors, issuing the certificate, are absolutely right, everything is available that the heart desires. In particular, we found it extremely nice to be personally greeted by the apartment owner. Information was plentifully provided in a positive manner, where, what, how. The accommodations at the Seagull are more than adequate for three people. The swimming pool is simply great with a constant water temperature of 28°C and dimensions of 6000 x 12000 mm. Unfortunately, the seven days passed too quickly, but it was not our first and last vacation at the Seagull. We would like to stay in this vacation rental again at any time of the year.
